once you've sent the 'ONCALLSMSG' to 21300 to switch....you should receive a confirmation and it will start on your next Anniversary date

You can also call 2425 for free, that's what I did as I didn't have any credit. I topped up yesterday, and activated the new tariff a couple of days ago. It's been a couple of months since I last topped up, do you know when the free allowance of calls and messages will start?

I have the calls and messages tariff and after my 100 calls and messages runs out I have to pay for the calls but my messages are still free. Does anyone know if the calls and text tariff runs in conjunction with the 300 messages?
It did this last month as well.

you can't have the 300sms bundle and the calls&sms you have to choose one or the other...if you have both then it must be a system error and you have both promo's on the account on diff Annv dates .......

Im using a sim card that has never been topped up and this is giving me free texts all of the time and it works for a lot of other people too if you read the thread about it so i think you'll find it's probably something to do with this. Does your mobile number start with 07706?

Well the number I use is not an 07706 one, although I have got some of the 07706 ones and have free texts on them. But what I thought was that its definitely some sort of error, but seeing as its in my favour I am quite happy

Things like this never happen to me, how chuffed am I.

I just wanted to check that I hadn't got the wrong end of the stick with the calls and texts things

I hope nobody from 02 reads these forums, as they would surely come to their senses
