Some content has been announced for BBC Radio 1/1Xtra in time for Christmas. This year the content will include the Sound Of 2017 Poll, Newsbeat Special, Olly in the Live Lounge and the Christmas Mixes which are just like the Summer Mixes, only at Christmas!

I'll post schedules for both stations at the end of this month.

Assuming they've got the schedules right in the Radio Times, and they might not have as they've got breakfast wrong this week, I notice for the first time in a long time there is no Scott or Greg Christmas Day show. Instead they've just got Dev on as a normal Sunday.

On Boxing Day and Tuesday they are doing those movie shows with Ali Plumb, like they used to do years ago with that other film critic they had, who's name escapes me.

Yes that's who I meant. I don't think Rhianna ever did any of those Christmas filler shows.
