The rest would be as well going back to the hotel

I know last year we had mainly Vicky and ferne Hadley and ballantyne, lady c etc so they seem to cast lead characters and the rest just to make up the numbers

I agree they appear to know from Day 1 who they are going to feature and not even subtle about it.

Its all a bit silly. Scarlett should win, she's getting the airtime and is smart, funny and able.

Larry is Dad , but overshadowed by the two grumpy old uncles.

the younger males are there there to look like hunks , or be pathetic

Lisa might be interesting but has been cast as chef, and wont be noticed until there's no chef.

Carol is mother, and doing well. but mothers tend not to win.

Ola might be another Scarlett , but she's been sidelined. As has Sam who would also excel if they had any physical tasks. .

I'd say The X Factor and Big Brother are just as blatant, Strictly Come Dancing not quite so blatant.

I think big brother is the worst, but the manipulation in this series of IAC pushing scarlett, joel and adam for the 1, 2 and 3 is making it a close 2nd.

No, I can't agree with you that it is.
I think that some are getting more airtime than others, but I honestly think it's been worse in some previous series, far worse.

But I may not be right and I may not be paying enough attention.

I thought the worst was the year that Sheree Murphy was in there. It got to the point, by the end, where it seemed like almost every clip of anyone, doing anything, was followed by a clip of her in the hut discussing whatever had just happened It was almost laughable. There does seem to be someone every year who gets a lot more airtime than everyone else.
