Are you a member of the Diplomatic Core.
tell it like it is...... ive already explained who adam is, and why he is being who he is. nothing to do with being 'fake', only idiots say he is because they can never actually support that claim. if they saw him on other things, if they had a knowledge of young men, they would know that he is being himself. because young men can get excited and react in manner that can be seen as ott, but isnt. i know, many years ago i behaved like that, i can identify with him.

adam simply isnt a good enough actor to carry off a 'fake' persona 24/7 which he would have to do.

Ever get the feeling you are fighting a loosing battle here?
I read the posts on this forum and wonder why there has to be so much hate, negative feelings towards the Celebrities in the Jungle?
We have absolutely no idea what these folk are like really, what sort of personalities they have, whether the person we see for several minutes out of 24 hours is a true portrayal or not.
No problem to some though - Scarlett has become the epitome of evil - a bully, manipulative, evil...etc etc. This because of one short conversation with Martin? An edited conversation too no doubt. Also because she has featured 'on camera' too often - something she has absolutely no control over?
Now we have Adam, who, as you have said, is being the same young man in the jungle as he is In Emmerdale, [ and Yes, I do realise he is acting in Emmerdale, but some character traits will always come thru] Is he really being condemned because he has a loud laugh, because he has an irrational fear of spiders and vocalizes this...... or because we just have to find someone to pick on, to have as one of the ''nasty'' camp mates?
How sad that we cannot enjoy these reality shows for what they are, without always, anonymously, of course, deciding the Celebrities entertaining us are fake, acting, vile, vicious - and all other mean spirited things we can imagine.
Or is it only on DS.............

yes... (to your opening question) because its easier to post the same old cliche about being 'fake' , then it is to read the replies, do a smidgen or research, and engage your brain.

yep, agree with the points you make. and no, its not only on ds, it seems that a large % of reality tv show viewers, the vocal % anyway, are pretty dim

Definitely. Having a phobia or not liking them are two entirely different things.

Me too, always have been even as a kid. That's why I believed he was being genuine in the hut - but then, I wouldn't even consider going in the jungle knowing what it entails....

Putting one in my mouth?? As if.

Maybe I'm cynical but I believe he just HAD to outdo Martin in that trial tonight - hence the spider.

That's twice you've insu!ted the rest of us. I don't believe having different opinions to yours makes us stupid or dim.

He showed himself up as a fraud when he swiftly necked that glass of goo.

Surely it was more relevant that he chose the spider, given his terror of them??

Yes he is putting it on

He only has to "to put it on" during his trials the rest of the time is over the top banter

I meant when he had to beat Joel. He forgot himself completely when he did that. It was the same when they had to do that tunnel thing. He forgets to do all the scaredy antics when his up against someone else. His big ego takes over

Oh I was thinking of the last trial! But yes, it's said you have to have a good memory to be a liar 😀 And yes, the real competition was between his acting and his ego lol, suckered.

Same when he was up against Joel in that drink off. He had a moment to show off and he took it. That moment alone showed he's been putting it on.
