16 hut appearances to beat tonight Chosen One.

Set herself quite the target.

Go on Sam, beat her to it and get in first, its time we saw and heard you more.

Does Scarlett edit the show? Does she decide on her airtime? Did she decide to freeze out the likes of Carol and Jordan? Was she respomnsible for the Vicky love fest last year when people were complaining the same way they are now? Since the answers are no why are you having a go at her rather than those who are responsible?

Wow you really don't like her do you!
My logic? I watch the show and I disagree with you. I haven't seen anything to make me dislike her but she's not my favourite contestant. Unusually for this show there's only one contestant I can't bear and that's the charmless diva Martin.
I certainly don't agree with contestants being ignored while others are given too much camera time which happens every year. Is that the fault of those contestants, no.

As I have counted her Hut appearances for the last week I am guessing 8 for Tonight as The Producers look in here and will not be happy with the criticism and will cut her appearances in half.

No she just plays along with it as it suits her agenda. Hope that answers your questions

How does she play along with it? Or conversely how could she not play along with it?

Honestly, I have no great love for Scarlett but don't understand what she is supposed to be responsible for - or what her agenda is (and how it is hugely different from anyone else's that appears on the show). They are all at the mercy of the edit.

Who is the person that was desperate to be a Servant last night and who was the other Dancer with Ola and then wanted to do the Next Challenge.

Of course I 100% blame the producers. But it doesn't make her any more tolerable!

Quite. She was also very unpleasant when Martin was upset early on in the series and approached him utterly without empathy. She has also pushed very hard the 'I'm stupid, hard-up and love me mam and dad soon much' card. We don't all need to know that she paid the mortgage, or that she's buying them a 20k caravan. Or that she's never won anything. And I cannot abide grown women who act like little babies to ingratiate themselves socially.

This. I quite liked Scarlett on Gogglebox always. The shine has gone completely off her after the first few days of IACGMOOH. She's dull and predictable.

I now tape the show so that I can fast forward though all the bits she's rambling on in.

I can't believe people are saying Scarlett is manipulative and nasty. She's lovely.

I think she showed that she is not a fame whore by the fact that she paid off her mum and dad's mortgage with her book deal and now she wants to get them a caravan. Sorry, but there are lots of celebs who wouldn't do that.

I like Scarlett - she seems to be very friendly and funny and genuinely does want to get on with everyone. Notice how she hasn't actually been in any arguments with anyone? When she had an issue with Martin talking for her, she told him on his own with nobody else around - she doesn't want drama, she just wants to be everybody's mate. I admire that.

You do realise that the reason she was talking about the mortgage is because everybody else was on about what their job/being in the public eye involves and Scarlett was on about how weird it was for her but she was doing it so she could help out her mum and dad? You might think that was her for the cameras, but it seemed like a genuine conversation to me.

She wouldn't be who I'd prefer to win (I think it will be a King of the Jungle this time - I'm just hoping it is ANYBODY but Adam) but if she did, by some chance, become Queen of the Jungle - she will have deserved it.”

Yes I agree I don't know why the trolls are out against her! I don't think it is fixed, why would they care? And anyway I think Larry is a shoe in to win and I have absolutely no axe to grind

I quite like her, she isn't my favourite but I don't mind her. It seems that the same people slating her so vociferously also find Martin entertaining, go figure that one out.

The telling everyone how wonderful and generous she is to her mum and dad, is virtue signalling at it's worst IMO

I absolutely think it was for the viewers' benefit. I find her whole schtick extremely transparent and boring.

Bit in bold - and there are many, many more who do that and more and don't feel the need to broadcast it. There are also many non-celebs who do the same - and don't feel the need to broadcast it.

The definition of a troll is not someone who disagrees with you. And it's 'shoo-in' by the way, for your future reference.

So anybody that dares to disagree with you is a troll? Is that what you're trying to say?

No it doesn't really. Ok, will you please explain, what is her agenda?
So far, according to you and others it's that she's deliberately getting out of trials for your fantasy reasons. At the same time it's that she's deliberately grabbing airtime.
So which is it? Attention avoidance or attention seeking? You can't have it both ways

I would use the phrase " Scarlett-haters" rather than trolls.

She seems to be, unjustifiably, damned for everything she does or says.

The anger should be aimed at the programme makers.
