One thread bashing her for shirking the trials, another thread bashing her for volunteering to do one.

She can't win with whatever she does or does not do!

If you're talking about my thread I was being critical of the show itself, not Scarlett.
I made that point very clear within the thread.

Neither can posters when some people can only see through the lens of everything being about fans and haters.

Not at all.I just think some of the comments seem very harsh and if someone says she was not exempt from many trials then it is she does no trials on her own.When she is doing one on her own she is doing it for the wrong reasons.It just seems to go on and on.
I guess we all see things very differently which makes things more interesting than the show at times!

Good point. I am no fan of Scarlett but I am reaching the point where I hope she wins just to annoy the constant whiners on here.

I don't mind Scarlett and sometimes she does make me laugh but I do think she's a tad disingenuous. They'd pretty much decided Danny and Larry were going to be servants when she put herself in the frame with the albeit quite funny send two non cooks thing. Then on the way out of camp she said "typical us not stepping back in time " insinuating that she'd somehow been forced to go.. And again at the end. "I'll do it if no one else wants to" She's pretty canny about getting airtime, and what she wants more generally!
