Ho: time to get Freddie out of the big house?

The actor isn't going anywhere but it seems a bit daft him living in that huge house on his own (how can he afford it asides from anything else). They need to either move some waifs in (neeta, nick for example) or do one of hollyoaks famed house swaps. Tom owns the house so asks Cindy, dirk et al to move in and Freddie and his children end up in Cindy's flat.

Jack owns the house doesn't he? The Osborne's lived there initially renting the place from Neville Ashworth but then bought it from Neville. When they then moved back to the pub they rented the house firstly to the Kane family and then to the Roscoes.

I never understood why Jack sold the pub last year to Mac. Why not sell the Roscoes house instead to clear his debts? At least then the family would all have still had their jobs in the pub, what do Jack and Frankie do for a living now?

I don't know why I thought Tom owned it. I think he owns grace's flat.
Was jack not sending Billy money and that was why he needed to sell the dog? Of course the real reason. Is they wanted a new family in the show.

That would make sense. I cant remember the reason for Jack's sudden debt problems that led to him selling the pub it just came out of nowhere. If he had remembered he owned the Roscoes house and sold that he could have paid off his debts and then the family would still have had their home at The Dog and the income the pub provided. Instead by selling the pub he made himself and Frankie unemployed as well as having to buy another house for the family to live in. The writers obviously didn't think of that logically though as you say they just wanted a new family in the pub.
