Some of my favourite celebs have been so due to their personality, others due to their dancing, and some due to a mixture of both. I started watching Strictly in the final few weeks of Series 6.

Series 6
Rachel Stevens

Series 7
Phil Tufnell
Laila Rouass

Series 8
Kara Tointon (All-time favourite celeb - perfect combination of highly likeable personality and fantastic dancer).
Gavin Henson (Loved his partnership with Katya - very entertaining and amusing).
Scott Maslen (Purely down to his dancing. Loved quite a few of his dances).
Patsy Kensit

Series 9
Holly Vallance (My favourite that series in terms of personality and overall favourite of SCD9)
Harry Judd (My favourite dance wise of that series. Loved some of his dances).
Nancy Dell'Olio

Series 10
Michael Vaughan
Victoria Pendleton

Series 11
Sophie Ellis Bextor
Natalie Gumede

Series 12
Pixie Lott
Simon Webbe
Frankie Bridge
Judy Murray

Series 13
Georgia May Foote
Helen George

Series 14
Daisy Lowe
Ed Balls

Top 5 favourite couples of all time from 5th to 1st.

5. Harry Judd and Aliona Vilani
4. Alesha Dixon and Matthew Cutler
3. Rachel Stevens and Vincent Simone
2. Matt Baker and Aliona Vilani

1. Frankie Bridge and Kevin Clifton.
I made a connection with Frankie on a human level through her dancing. Her vulnerability and insecurity shone a mirror to my own world. So much of what I saw in her I still see in myself. I believe Strictly gave her such a lot and Kevin deserves so much of the credit for that imo. To my mind he gave her self belief like it seemed she had never had before. It does not surprise me they are friends to this very day and their partnership will be forever enduring in my dance heart and soul. They were just wonderful.

Natasha, Jill, Goughie and Ramps. Well, I am a cricket fan so that was a given. Tuffers wait a duffer though and Michael? I just don't much like Natalie.

I couldn't stand Alesha. Nor did I like Aliona. Greatly disliked Artem's choreography.

I also liked Hollins and Chambers.

And Darren and Lilia!! Bless. Good times.

Sometimes it's the partnership that works; sometimes the partnership doesn't work and you like the celeb regardless; sometimes you end up like liking the celeb because you like the pro they are partnered with. There isn't a "formula" for me to like someone, it will depend on different things that may or may not happen.

Dislikes -my dislikes are very few: Abbey Clancy, Lisa Snowdon, Denise Van Outen and Jay.

Everybody else in between I just felt neutral towards them.

ETA: I forgot Bloody Lulu on the dislikes list.”

Blimey - I've not written my list yet, but I just had to double check that I'd not written this one as it's pretty much bang on. I'll have a proper think but the only addition that immediately springs to mind for me is in the dislike column - Tom Bloody Chambers
