So Paul will bring back Jess and..... Trisha?? He won't bring back Frances. Maybe Sofian due to the low price?

I think if you include catering staff costs and venue hire I doubt either was quite so profitable.

I think if you include catering staff costs and venue hire I doubt either was quite so profitable.
Hardly any Apprentice task would make a profit if they included real life overheads like wages and fees.
