Dillon- its time for winning to stop giving people who have no skills to succeed at running a company immunity. Left to his own devices the guests would still be in the queue outside the aquarium now as he's way too bothered about how everything looks (in the literal sense) rather than achieving positive results on tasks.
and Paul. |

Paul. I've previously liked him but he was absolutely AWFUL and so unprofessional on this task.
There was no saving him when he started talking back to Lord Sugar. |

Paul. He's got potential but he needs to reign in the attitude and aggression which are his downfall.
He'd be a nightmare to manage |

Paul by far, though I was surprised that Jessica didn't go, too.

I thought Paul was the worst and out of her depth so it was definitely time up for him IMO

Paul. I would have said Jessica if Paul had kept his temper in check, but speaking to Lord Sugar in the way he did was just flat-out suicidal.

Jessica is even worse than Samuel -- anything to get a sale: if the customer hesitates for just a second, she drops the price and throws in a free meal.
And that's without the prodigious mermaid breath-holding feats that came out of nowhere. |

Paul by miles, ****ing up the prices, interrogating the customers, screaming at his colleagues in public, then continuing his lairyness with the bloke that decides the winner
![]() it was as if he thought the task was called 'get fired from the Apprentice'

Both PMs should have gone. Paul is an aggressive bully and Dillon is a useless **** who's just lucky the team sold the tickets so well (which he had no part in).

On Thursdays show I would of fired Paul. If I was looking for a business partner I wouldn't want to work with Paul. He's too aggressive for me.

Sceptical who me?
Maybe just me but I was so appalled at Paul's behaviour on the Apprentice that I wondered if I had dreamed it.
Never before have I seen anyone disrespect their fellow contestants in public like that before / or speak to ALS in the boardroom in that aggressive manner. It could not have been a "put up job" could it? it seemed so unreal. |

Paul was a loose cannon and LS can't work with those. Frances ought to go if only for that dreadful voice!

Paul of course although Frances got on my nerves BIG TIME and contributed greatly to the failure of the food. What an irritant.

I love how the poll is giving us the middle finger. It kind of sums up Paul in the boardroom. I thought he was one step away from telling Sugar to 'just do one, mate'.
Frances and Jessica were all over the place, but Frances was coming off a very strong task last week and Jessica has great people skills, perhaps the best out of any candidate. I don't know why she struggles so badly in the boardroom though. |

Pauls just horrible and im glad hes gone. Next time Sofian is on the losing team he's toast - he's got no finesse or common sense about him at all.

Paul definitely deserved to go; he's only had one good task which was last week. In week 1, he was a rubbish pm and was lucky to win. The way he spoke to customers, his colleagues and Karen, Claude and LS was awful. I think Jessica could have gone as well; I can't see her being able to maintain professionalism without being overly emotional and flustered.
