I don't know if any of you noticed but when Billy was on the phone with Shirley he said "Sorry Phil I have to go'' lol.

First shaky cameras and now botched lines, what's next?

I think you're mistaken. He said Shirl. Either that or I need to clear out my ear-holes.

Yes, is too. We thought he said 'Phil' but it was definitely 'Shirl'

It was defiantly Shirl that Billy said and not Phil, so panic over.

I rewound that part about 5 times as I thought exactly the same!

In the end, I put on subtitles, and they did say "Shirl" and once it was in writing, it was clear that he had said "Shirl" and not "Phil".

But yes, Billy mumbles at the best of times and I totally see why you heard that.

I noticed the colour of Phil's face changing when he was sat in the kitchen.

Does his yellow tint get affected if he smears some ketchup, soy sauce and fish sauce on it?

Im bemused at what the op thinks is a Major error. Calling someone a different name is quite realistic and commonplace.

For instance a character in another soap forgot they had a son who died. That is a major error.

Im all for constructive criticism, im extremely aware that people have differing views to myself and i can see why some people may not like the slow paced format.

But the nitpicking has increased drastically recently and i find it bizarre.

Telling people to stop watching if they are not enjoying the show is a common event on here, something i seldom do because i think its pointless. But i do have to ask myself why some people continue to watch when all they do is try and find fault when there is none

Stacey mentioned Kyle's transition openly in the middle of the busy kitchen too (although the workers didn't seem to be listening).

He didn't sound very defiant to me.
