It would be lovely; but I certainly don't wish to hear about it. That's a matter between them and the charity in question.

Quite. Also, ironically, if one of them happened to mention that they were donating all/part of their fee to charity, they'd very likely be roasted on here for trying to gain favour with the viewers.

We'll probably never know the answer to this, and rightly so.

It's the celebs' business what they do with their wages - some may keep all of their money, some may donate a percentage etc. But that's down to them and as others have pointed out, if they did let us know about it, they'd get criticized for it.

If anyone is, I hope they don't disclose it and risk being labelled "virtue signallers" as Scarlett has, simply for being generous and glad to be able to help others.
Or perhaps that unfair criticism is only needed when applied to Scarlett.

Quite right.

It is a private matter, such as your finances and paying family members mortgages off is a private matter.

Last year Kieron Dyer and Bannatyne both gave their fee to charity and we knew because it was announced before they went on the show.
I don't recall them being condemned or labelled "virtue signallers" for doing so.

Without wanting to nitpick, you asked 'Have or will any of them donate their fee in the jungle to charity?'

Anyway, if they do, they do, but it's really not our business and most certainly not a sound basis on which to make a judgement about the 'niceness' of people whose personal circs we know nothing about.

I don't think it's applicable to her only.

Perhaps one's generosity to a charity or parents should be best kept to oneself.

She knew exactly what she was doing with that admission. Its called bragging and being immodest.

My impression of Scarlett is that she's still very much in awe of and surprised at her ascendance to celebrity status. And what it's meant for her and her family.

I dont find her remotely cynical, just someone who's really appreciating and determined to do her best with the totally unexpected opportunity she's been given.
