I went through all this with you before on page 3 and 4 in this thread. You misquoted and twisted context of my posts then and you are now repeating the same again here. Where have i written "in this instance" they should be believed? Where have i 'implied' to use your term, a 'top trump' situation?

Fwiw this particular thread topic concerns the sexual abuse and raping of young boys. As far as i'm aware there have not been any girls abused by Bennell or any other club employee. I'm not sure what reason you have for shoehorning every other possible figure or scenario into the equation but am quite aware that child abuse per se takes place with both genders committed by male and female abusers.

I think you've not understood what i said in reply to that poster which was "that's generally (in cases) where there is doubt". In relation to this particular case, the football abuse, i've not yet heard or read anything to make me doubt.

Hope thats clarified it for you?
Specifically, what makes you doubt some cases? Is it the gender of victims? Or their age?

This will just be the beginning with many more to follow. I'm glad Bennell's suicide attempt was unsuccessful.
If you look at recent pictures of him, the man is clearly ill. Apparently he had part of his tongue removed due to oral cancer, not that long ago.

I don't think he's long for this world, eitherway.

No not at all though you and another poster appear determined not only to imply that i do but also take the thread topic off course. I've tried to remain on topic which concerns a man raping and abusing very young boys (at the time). Those young boys are now adult men and have openly made very serious allegations against a man who, fortunately (depending on how you see it), is still alive so can be brought to justice. I've said it before but will repeat again for your benefit, i've not read or heard anything to give me cause to doubt these men. Have you?

Examples of where i've previously had doubts, the informant "Nick" would be a good recent example. "Nick" made allegations which Scotland Yard initially viewed as 'credible and true', but is now being investigated himself for perverting the course of justice.

Considering the physical type of work he was involved in he doesn't look fit for a 62 year old man. Not sure what the extent of his cancer is/was but hopefully he will live long enough for the footballers he sexually abused to see justice and have their day in court.

Well if he did all this, I wouldn't bother how long he lived to be honest.

Definitely not fed up. As far as I'm concerned it should be highlighted as much as possible, not brushed under the carpet like it usually is. It's evil and sick and it makes my skin crawl to think what these predators do, and all decent people should do everything they can to expose them.

Why are you fed up by it? Do you realise what these poor people and thousands of others have to live with every minute of every single day? That they've had their whole life destroyed?

I wonder if you'd feel the same if it was one of your kids being abused, or if you were abused yourself.
This.

It would be ironic if the oral sex carried out on the young footballers led them to unknowingly give him mouth cancer

As per today's Channel 4 news, police chiefs now say that 98 football clubs in Britain are now involved in the child abuse enquiry.

83 suspects have now been identified as potentially interfering with the footballers.
