I wonder how the camp would react if Larry or Danny had mentioned a revolt ?

They really seem to enjoy humiliating him where the others laugh. Yes, he's a bit of an idiot and if that's his nature, they should stop biting. OTT from Larry, imo

It's so transparent how different they are when Martin speaks to others you just know if Larry or Danny suggested that it'll be different

revolts and strikes on reality tv shows are always completely lame, no wonder it was Martin who suggested one ?

They're really treating him like he doesn't belong and he's the outsider. It's all a bit mean and they seem to enjoy laughing at him.

Producers need to do something otherwise it will encourage bullying in schools and children

It's easy to watch and say he's being treated badly, but it must be a nightmare living with him. We only see a tiny snapshot of their day. A lot of people who were very tolerant and patient with him to begin with are beginning to lose it with him now.

He doesn't read situations very well or pick up on subtle hints. He's the kind of person who would follow you around a room after you said you wanted be left alone asking why. I think, when Larry snapped at him, he'd probably been going on and on and on for hours.

I totally agree to read some comments on here makes me think ppl must go through life never getting irritated with anyone ever, it must be difficult enough in there without someone like him who even in the highlights doesn't appear easy to be alongside

Of course I am, we all are - none of us actually know any of them, all we can do is make informed guesses.

I have never bullied anyone, more likely was slightly bullied myself if a bit of banter is being a bully. Why are people so sentative these days??

Martin has the haunted look of a bullied lad in the little speeches around the fire segment

Indeed. He was almost too traumatised to speak.

I'm only going on how i'm seeing him being treated by the group on what we see,
did you think that reaction from them about a revolution was justified ?
do you think the group would of reacted the same way if Danny had come up with the idea ?

plenty people have irritated me at work family etc but i do not humiliate or bully them
I bite my tongue or walk away not easy with teenagers or toddlers who can drive me mad at times
martin can be annoying but some of the camp mates have shown their true colours

Indeed and he's not even being treated that badly. He hasn't been shunned or ignored or sent to Coventry. He is irritating everybody and some react to that angrily, some moan about him and some laugh at him. They're actually being pretty decent considering how bloody annoying he is.

And I'm going on how I see it - and I see a well meaning yet at times very irritating man unintentionally winding people up by his behaviour, which I believe shows a certain lack of social graces. I'm sure it's not all the time, it's just the incidents are being shown as they make good viewing.

And no, I don't think they'd have reacted any differently had Larry made the decision. They seem to all really get on this year so they wouldn't have wanted to have ruined it for the others at the banquet, plus they're very goody goody and sensible this year. I doubt they'd ever want to get in trouble, so I can't see them ever revolting whoever suggested it.
