He's really going to lose votes over this I bet. Ok maybe he was gutted Danny went and Martin didn't but seriously?! It's a game show and the public chose Danny over Martin so NO he didn't deserve to go Adam, the public voted and they obviously wanted Martin more over Danny. Everyone has gone in there for the experience and to say to Martin, 'why didn't you go?! It should have been you', what a horrible thing to say! He deserves his place as he's won it by the public vote, so stop crying and picking on him and shut up!

I agree. It was said in a 'joking' manner, but I think he meant it. Must have made Martin feel really uncomfortable.

I haven't been watching extra camp this year but the daily mail has run with an article making out Adam totally goes in on Martin saying should have been you however when I watched the clip it looks like it was said in a jokey manner. Although a bit awkward still for Martin, the daily mails made it out to be terrible...

Exactly. They're all playing their own game in their own way - I suppose its who's game you like best. I like Martin's game. I like Wayne's laid-back game. I like Joel's 'world-weary' game. I don't like Adam's 'bit of a lad' game - because I just can't stand that kind of person in day-to-day life. Laughing at absolutely nothing just because it gets his noisy voice heard! But - he's playing a game and it will probably see him win it.

Some of course haven't even got the decency to play a game at all - and the camp is a more boring place while they're still in it - Sam, Jordan, Larry and even Carol (although I have started to grow quite fond of her recently).

I would like Martin to really wind them up TBH. Why not?

Martin replied "It would have been you if you weren't immune!"

Goodness knows I'm not a fan of Adam but I think this was all in jest.

Exactly the only people getting upset are viewers who love to have a victim to defend.

Agreed.

I can't believe I'm going to defend the snidey little twerp but, I'm pretty sure he said "Martin aint going anywhere" when the royals were discussing who they thought would go. So I do think it was "banter".

However, with Danny being the first out and Adam being voted for most of the trials, I do think he must be wondering if he allayed himself to the wrong newcomer.

I didn't see it and am only going on what's being said on here. My question would be - why did Adam particularly pick out Martin from all of them. Sometimes banter can go wrong - remember Bullard, he was voted off making a comment to Jake.

It was disguised as a joke. He meant it. It was mean. Martin looked very uncomfortable.

Don't like Adam or Joel at all, they seem insincere and disingenuous, I really hope neither of them win.

Yeah and I hope everyone ignores his command like he did Scarlett when she was camp leader

The thing with Martin and Adam is that they're both alike. They're both WUM, both childish and both pranksters...to an extent they understand each other. At times each of them may go too far in the viewers eyes but IMO there is no malice. I would even suggest that they enjoy their games..it must get boring in there.

I’m sorry, Vald, but what does WUM mean, please? For what it’s worth, I really thought that Adam was quite rude and abrupt towards Martin and I remember thinking.....’hahaha, he’s just signed his own death warrant for when he loses his current immunity. Couldn’t happen to a nicer person...hahaha!

Perhaps that's why Adam was crying it COULD have been him.
