What does Claudia & AJ have to do to get 10's?
I normally don't complain about scores too much and for the record, I thought all of the other couples scores were more or less fair and on point for their respective dances.
I thought Claudia & AJ pulled out an amazing Argentine Tango tonight. It was mature but age appropriate, well danced and performed, fantastic tricks and showed a completely different side of themselves as a couple. I just don't get the straight 9's and not at least one or two 10s. What do they have to do to get 10's? I really thought they would have gotten some after that dance and those comments (in which case Darcey, Len, Bruno had nothing negative to stay). ![]() I hope they will get lots of votes and be safe. I'm worried for them.

I thought they deserved some 10s as well - this was my joint favourite dance of the night - with Danny and Oti. It was so impressive and by far, from my point of view, the best Paso of the series (obviously others will disagree!).

They truly deserved 10's for that routine, the judges are so biased it's ruining the show

Ore has been one of my favs since beginning but he wasn't as good as Claudia tonight and he was defo not as good as Judge Rinder in cha cha challenge. |

I was moved to vote for her for the first time this series. I'm not usually one to get exercised by the marks if the leaderboard order feels right, but she danced beautifully and deserved a 10. The judges didn't mention any mistakes and their comments suggested 10s were going to come out...but I guess that doesn't fit the narrative.
I really enjoyed tonight's show from a dance perspective (bar the Rinderumba...I like him but that wasn't his dance) but more strongly than ever tonight I felt the judges were marking their preconceptions about the couples rather than the actual dances - with the exception of Danny & Oti who I do think deserved 40 for that incredible samba. |

How about doing a Tango that looks like a male-lead couple dance instead of someone else's choreographed aerial display.

I was just going to do a thread talking about this.
Last week she was pretty awful, not only the mistakes, but her jive action wasn't good at all. She got four nines. Tonight she performed a stunning dance, great lifts and intensity, it deserved at least one ten. She got four nines, the same score as last weeks! You could feel they were disappointed with the score, I think she deserved more for that. |

Was surprised she didn't recieve any tens as well. Maybe they are hoping she'll be in the dance off again... With Balls!

Agree with everyone. They've been handing out 10's like sweets this series, but somehow Claudia has managed to consistently miss out.

I really liked their dance. I've seen Argentine Tangos very similar done by professionals. I would have given a 10. |

Yay, I'm so glad so many people agree with me. ![]() Quote:

I did like her Jive but there were a number of issues in it... and yet that got four 9's. Their Argentine Tango was a world class difference and far better... yet gets the same scores. I don't get it.

She dodged a bullet last week and was ridiculously overmarked and escaped the criticism that was due. This week I thought she spent too long in the air, but it was a good routine so I do not know why she did not get at least one 10.
Perhaps the judges are embarrassed as they have watched a tape of her jive? She was better than Ore and so for that reason deserved marks that at least equalled his. Oh and (imo) she was underscored in the cha cha challenge. |

I don't think any of the other celebs were capable of performing that dance as Claudia did - a few pf the pros would have struggled with some of the more gymnastic moves.
Had Ore, Danny or Louise done so ( accepting that Danny and Ore would not have been doing Claudia's role) they would have got 10s across the board. Added to the blatant ( in my opinion) marking of the ch cha challenge to get Louise top of the leaderboard and protect her position there was some manipulative marking going on this week. |

Just caught up on YouTube it was phenomenal. Vastly superior to Louise's effort.
Presumably AJs first AT as well? If he didn't dance it competitively |
