What's even worse about The X Factor is that they don't even try to make it look convincing anymore.

Either that or the producers, who monitor the screens and say which camera shot is broadcast live, are blind as a bat if they couldn't see that yellow jacket standing out like a sore thumb.

Louis yam yamering on through it really really annoyed me.

Also they could have seriously hurt her. Would be very scary to have unknown people lunging at you and no idea what they are gonna do. Security should have been quicker.

The top video shows 3 I only thought there was two.

The guy in the grey suit ushered off left, the guy in yellow who ran to the top of the stairs and was ushered off left then the guy in red who tried to grab the mic was pushed off right.

This is becoming such a pantomime. "Honey G, it's behind you!"

Someone close the curtains please.

It was "staged" in the sense that it appears to have been Trollstation. Cowell wouldn't have had anything to do with it - Trollstation are more than capable of pulling off stunts like this without his help.

So many things wrong with this.

1. When they ran onto the stage, the viewers could just see them go past on the right side of the screen near where Simon Cowell was sat. As soon as they went past Simon, he looked up and smiled.

2. Why did it take Simon about 10 seconds to finally stand up. He'd just smiled as they went past him to run onto the stage.

3. Why did Louis continue as if nothing was happening. Again, this whole set up looks like the judges knew what to expect and didn't need to worry about Honey G getting hurt.

4. Nicole should win Best Dramatic Performance at the British Soap Awards 2017 for her role in the scripted soap opera The X Factor. A soap so speshull it only gets aired at the weekends.

5. Louis looking down to his script for a split second whilst giving his comment. He literally has sheets of paper on his desk with the words "you look like a popstar" written on it.

6. Why was the security so slow? Did they know what was going to happen and were just waiting for the stage producer to tell them when you make their entrance on stage.

Trollstation caused a Tottenham game to be suspended after three separate pitch invasions.

So again, they certainly don't need Cowell's approval to carry out stunts like this.

If Trollstation was so smart, they would have done the stage invasion during the Mannequin Challenge "Honey G 2nd song of the late" when everyone expect for Honey G (and the camera man) was frozen.

This would have been a better prank do and watch on the TV, but they lost the opportunity. Then again maybe it was all planned out from the production team and Trollstation to begin with in the first place.

The news of Honey G doing the Mannequin Challenge on that episode of The X Factor was posted online on the Friday, I'm just saying lol

It was five guys from Trollstation and they pretended to be disabled to get aisle seats.

The weird thing is that she doesn't react at all. I would think most people would react quite strongly to having 5 men running at you, touching you etc but she just stands like A plank of wood

she probably just assumed that they couldn't take it any more and were running for the nearest exit

Think there'd have been more like 500 of them in that case

1. If staged why would Simon smile then?

2. Bemusement? Uncertainty? Producers yammering in his ear?

3. Very clearly under instruction to keep on talking. You know in TV they wear earpieces to get instructions from producers? It was clear they didn't want to show what was going on with the invaders. Full kudos to Louis who might not be as big an idiot as he pretends.

4. Just a girl who is used to making everything about her.

5. Lol

6. You seen the size of some of these guys?

I don't think it was staged otherwise we'd have seen everything that was happening on stage. My wife was furious we didn't get to see but as I said, what if someone got their tackle out live on Saturday night TV pre-watershed?

By the way I am by no means a supporter or fan of the X Factor - I think it's ridiculous but I just don't think this was staged.

Indeed. Some Trollstation members have been jailed as a result of their previous 'pranks' so they're not the type of group producers would work with to stage an invasion. They could just hire a few actors if they wanted to do that.

Try watching the end of Honey G's performance and then pausing the video at 25:11. Now, look at the person near the bottom left that's in, what looks to be, a yellow top. Maybe it's the lights, it could be another colour. Play the video again and the person that's behind then pushes him a bit to let him know that it's time for them to run down. They didn't get from their seats and start running, they were waiting.
