Don't like her at all and I'm a gayer ,do I have to hand in my gay passport now

She is the most talented and can do everything with ease, makes the show worth watching

Compared to

Emily is very Yawn
Honey G no words
5AM overrated backing vocalists
Matt to easily their chosen winner, very average

She's not my cup of tea at all. She can hold a tune but her voice is cold and she leaves me cold.

No, I can't stand her, highly overrated by judges. Hated her second sound song. I can maybe see her in theatre but not as a singing artist

I hate her but she seems to have a huge following here , her fans see her as the second coming the way they go on about her.

I don't like her mouth she has a very stern look

She is the double of Susanna Reid off Good Morning Britain.

Pretty much how I feel. She can sing but I don't feel anything when she performs. It's like painting by numbers singing. The notes are all in the right place but there is nothing more there

Her second performance reminded me of Stanley Baxter.

It depends. If you also don't care for Liza Minelli, the Pet Shop Boys and Rylan Clark (as a singer LOL), I'm afraid your membership is cancelled.

It was painful and the chorus was constantly her just shouting !!!

She spent three weeks in a row in the bottom three/two where has her sudden popularity come from???

Not for me really, but if I was forced to pick a winner from the remaining acts it would be her.

I agree. Although she certainly can sing. However if the talent that should have been put through to live shows was put through, to me she would be nowhere near the top. But because there is a real lack of singing talent, she looks better than she is. To put it another way in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king!!

This is probably about right, and there were people like Luena and Chanal who were better in the auditions.

There is something overambitioned about her, which makes it exhausting to watch. It's good to have ambitions, but too much killed the relaxation. This thing makes she unlikeable for me- and still can't forget her 6CC.

No I just can't take to her either, big voice and everything but there's just something about her I can't warm to at all. I think it's the way she refers to the 'british public' and how much she ;loves us all. She makes herself sound like some monarch from far afield.

These kinds of big ballad singers rarely ever do well in the real music world. I would have liked something different”

.... played the piano and sang - very well as it happens. I don't know what you expected. Let's just compare to the blandness and abused falsetto that is Matt, the cunningly disguised bad vocals and same 90's dance break of 5AM, and the off tempo rapping of Honey G - leaving Emily out of this because she actually did well last night.

I do agree that her biggest issue is often not coming through as genuine. Overambitious would be one way of describing here, I agree. She's grown on me though.

Hope she gets this sort of feedback and works on it. From checking out a couple of her video diaries (in Finnish), she does seem like a nice person, so I think she might have the potential of overcoming those issues.

I just don't like her voice, it's nothing special. I'm not into all that theatrical stuff. I'd never pay to watch her live and I'd never buy any of her CD's.

I thought that was a pretty great performance. Strong vocal and (more importantly, for me) she really got into it emotionally.

Her likability is decent, I think her heart's in the right place even if there are some elements of her personality many would find irritating.

I agree her future lies in the West End, although if she can reliably deliver like last weekend, might be able to pick up some soundtrack work.

Far and away, Saara is the best singer and best performer, because she's a SEASONED PROFESSIONAL competing against amateurs. Next year, the XF will be invaded by second string West End performers if Saara wins.”

Might make for a higher standard show actually so bring it on!

On another note, I think Andrew Lloyd Webber would be drooling all over Saara if she was a contestant on Over The Rainbow or the Maria show he did looking for a new west end leading lady.

Quite a few responses saying things like 'no personality, no obvious genre, no idea what her own style is...'

And I get that, I think that's fair enough. But how is that any different from anyone else still left in the competition? What's Matt's genere or unique style? Where do 5AM slot into in today's market? What are Emily's preferences for her music?

It's quite diffcult for any of them to really form a solid identity during the show because they're not asked to do that, they are asked to perform songs from several different genres and styles.
