HIlarious interview with the new MP on talk radio.

http://talkradio.co.uk/news/new-rich...lia-1612027334

First question - when are you going to stand down and force a second by election as people perhaps didn't know what they were voting for yesterday.

Secondly you won by about the same 4.5 per cent leave won by and you got less than 50 per cent. Shouldn't we rerun the by election so that we can be really clear that was what people really wanted.

And it gets better!

Her media handler then cuts short the interview 3 minutes in and says she has go.

It was stupid. Brexit is for life whereas an MP can be replaced in five years or less. As we have just had amply demonstrated. Typical snarky stuff from JHB.

And there was me thinking it was an excellent demolition of the Lib Dems current position on Brexit. If having close elections is a reason to rerun them should we rerun yesterday's by election?

Even you must admit it's a bit poor just to walk out of an interview when you cannot defend a key cornerstone of your party policy which supposedly won you the by election,

I will never forgive her and that Sky News bloke for not calling the attack on the Orlando club for what it was...an attack on the gay community. She kept on insisting it was an 'attack on people'. Dreadful woman.

Olney only joined the Lib Dems a year ago and says she never thought of being a politician before then. Brewer knew full well she was talking to a very inexperienced media performer but was more interested in putting forward her hard Brexit agenda at Olney's expense, it wasn't really an interview, more of an angry rant by JHB.

She and the Sky presenter said it was a terror attack which was what it was - seemingly by a young man who was actually gay himself but couldn't deal with it.

You want to play with the big boys and girls, you should know how to deal with them. Olney has been going around saying she now has a 'mandate' to vote against Brexit - of course she is going to be quizzed on it.

When did it become Brewer's job to take into account her obvious inability to deal with an interview?

Can you imagine if Farage had stomped off mid interview?
The bedwetters on here would have been all over it like a tramp on chips.

All she did was to take the Lib Dems position on Brexit and a second referendum and apply it to the by election result - thus exposing the flaw in their policy. Cos if closeish elections are invalid as they are close and we need to have another vote to check that's what people really meant then the same logic applies to yesterday's election and that should be re run too.

Nonsense of course - just like the LDs current position on this issue.

Hmm, perhaps Olney shouldn't have hailed her victory as some sort of endorsement to over turn the referendum result then.

Tories in panic and throwing resources into Sleaford apparently. They are being attacked from both sides. Theresa May has played this speaking out of both sides of her mouth but it's falling apart now. The other interesting bit will be Labour. If they can't capitalise on this turmoil then there's no chance.

I would have gone with a "2 litre bottle of Diamond White" but your "chips" provides adequate analogy.

Croydon is not in Surrey. It is in the London Borough of Croydon. It is not in the London Postal district, however. The post office for some quaint reason still believes it is in Surry, as it does Romford is in Essex (LB Havering), Bexley, Kent (LB Bexley) and Uxbridge, Middlesex - a county which doesn't even exist!

Sarah Olney sounds like a Political Novice in that interview.

Oh!
Wait!
She is a Political Novice!

Zac Goldsmith has been outmanoeuvred and humiliated by a Political Novice.

You don't have a point to amplify. You have a paranoia, certainly.
