So the promo tweet from the tour account now says...

How disappointing. Absolutely no mention of an evening of dance inspired by the gentle pleasures of a wearing a nice woolly cardigan whilst drinking a cup of tea with a small biscuit.

I shall demand a refund at once.
Much as though I love the woolly cardigan look I might still stick with the tale. of love, passion life and lust. . Is it May yet?

Just booked my tickets this evening; I'm very excited. I've been wanting to ask my mum for ages but only did it tonight

I'm going to Bishop's stortford on 8th May (the day before my birthday ) It should be an amazing show

Excellent, what a pre-birthday treat

Hoping we get more photos from the promo shoot as the ones so far have been fab.

Gio is in a production meeting today for Dance is Life tour. He put a clip on Instagram. I think is getting the hang of social media or someone else is insisting he uses it to publicise the tour.

Very exciting... little Insta story clip by Gio of an actual Tour Production Meeting.. for Dance is Life.

Gio and Luba... and Paul Irving of Strictly Theatre Co plus three others.

So.. it is really happening.

Glad to see it's a Propah Professional Team.

Edit: Snap!

Gio has over 86,000 Instagram followers.. Which is twice as many as his Twitter followers.

So I was kind of hoping that he would start marketing a bit more on Instagram as he will reach more people who are already fans that way. Maybe someone has done the maths for him

They are certainly working hard to create interest in Gio's tour.

And by the look of the last picture on Twitter...

A loooong day. All the water on the meeting table has been polished off, anyway

(and I think that must be after Dr Rhona has brightened up his teeth - that IS a bright smile).

That is very funny. I really, really hope she is staying, not exit-ing.

English is such a tricky language to learn - chock full of illogical spellings and random pronunciations. Gio speaks Italian AND Sicilian AND English (and Russian and some Spanish I think)... Luba has Russian, Italian and English... It's impressive.

Italian follows nice clear rules so you can pronounce words reasonably easily (even if you don't really know what you are saying in my case ) ..

I am full of admiration for both of them. I don't know how long Luba has been speaking and writing English but I think Gio has done brilliantly given how long he has been learning the language.

Gio has done really well. I went back to compare his little intro pieces from last year with the equivalent from Gorka and have realised that Gio's spoken English was quite a bit better. Funnily enough, I think his spoken English accent is now not as attractive to listen to as it was back in 2015 (although clearly he understands quite a lot more). If I were him, I would get some specific accent reduction training in before next year (same for Gorka actually).

I struggled a little bit to follow Gorka at times as he speaks very, very quickly - but he will be fine by next year I am sure.

I am not sure I have ever heard Luba speak.... will keep an ear out for that.
