Was very convenient just when Phelan was starting his dodgy flats scheme. Pity she didn't invest elsewhere, but I guess that would have meant moving out of David's cramped home.

I think Michael told her to not take the money straight away and wait a while to decide but David then convinced her to take the money.
I agree about the flats but I guess she just wanted a place for herself, Harry and Bethany to live away from the Platt house shame there are no flats for rent/sale where Nick lives.
Sarah, Bethany and the baby could move into the flat above Dev's shop, which becomes vacant at regular intervals; Erica was recently in there, then she moved to Dev's house, then Sharif's bit-on-the-side moved in; I assume she has
gone. Is it empty now?

Isn't Adam and Daniel moving into that flat I think that's why Peter was talking to Dev in Friday's episode asking him if they both could move in.
Is Anna now living in the flat where Todd and Sarah used to live?
Think that amazes me is, she doesnt seem to be too angry about it
Oh 15k down the swanny, never mind, i will just carry on living with in my house of multiple occupancy

I suppose it just fell into her lap so to speak, so the fact it was there and then it wasn't doesn't have the same impact as it would have if she'd worked hard to save the money.

It's true. None of them seem that concerned about losing €15k.
Thanks to all for clearing up my question.
I have to agree with some if the comments about no-one seeming really upset about losing £15,000 each. I know I would be distraught.
