Of all of them there Martin was the least boastful. He never mentioned that girl from Game of Thrones (Arya Stark?) who was on his radio show. Mind you - I've never watched GOT - so I don't know whether she's a main player in it.
I certainly wouldn't have owned up to the fact that I'd met Mike Tyson - that'd be something I'd want people to forget about!

Maisie Williams (Arya) is a main player in GOT. She grew up in the area where Martin lives, and her parents still live there. She has been pictured with him at a few local charity events, where he has been acting as autioneer. I agree that she would have been a good one to "name drop", if he was so inclined.
