Was this from BBC3? I assume these are repeats. I saw no promotion for it.

It's really good. Don Warrington in it too.

Missed the first one thru lack of promotion, can't be ar**d with iplayer but this was I think a bbc3 product. I saw a pilot a while back, they had a number of new comedies trying out, not sure if any other pilots made it to a series.
This is funny, lots of witty lines, just need to let people know it's on.

Sunny D yes a BBC Three product, a comedy, starring a young Black bloke Dane Baptiste.

Dane is deeply frustrated with life. He is approaching 30 and still lives with his parents in his childhood bedroom - an arrangement nobody is particularly happy about.

Sunny D episode availability
A new episode of Sunny D will be released at 10am each Sunday, culminating with the final, fourth episode on Sunday 12th December.

As an aside whatever happened to Sunny Delight, they don't seem to advertise as strongly as they used to, but the product is still on the shelves.
Maybe they advertise on Children's TV and I don't see their ads.

Wasn't there a lot if fuss when it was realised it was all water and sugar with hardly a sniff of an orange? There was talk about restricting advertising to kids but guess that was quickly forgotten. Anyway down to the important stuff, do they still make Panda Pops? Enough E numbers is a bottle of blue raspberryade to have u flying!

This is followed by a repeat of Citizen Khan. It should be the other way around with Sunny D in the slot Citizen Khan has on Friday evenings.

If, as so many allege, the BBC want to have a broader spread of comedy they could better put this in a prime-time slot because it's far funnier.

Caught up with the final episode, hope it gets another series. It's been left open for a second series I guess following his experience of leaving a 'proper' job for stand up. One of the better BBC offerings of late.

It's been online for a while. I tried watching it as I like Dane Baptiste's stand up but I couldn't get into it. I'm sure it says more about me than the programme as I couldn't get into 'Josh' either, despite like Josh Widdicombe and Jack Dee.
