Trials aren't fun anymore

Everybody can do them no problem, so they all get loads to eat. Need more challenges like the phone exchange but without the bugs and walking the plank on tall buildings, maybe walk a tightrope over a gorge or something
I watch it but not glued to the telly like i used to be.

I think they need to dump the critters and have trials that are more like games

Totally agree - I'm still hoping for some physical challenges involving climbing and heights and so on. I know they had the thing at the very beginning, but it was a bit odd. If they don't come I can only conclude that elf n safety or insurance have put a stop to them - shame if so.

I record the show and FFWD most of the trials apart from the physical challenge ones. I just don't enjoy watching critters in distress whether they be eels, rats, crabs, scorpions, cockroaches, crickets, crocs with their mouths taped shut etc etc. They should stick to the physical challenges.

Maybe they've changed trials from being more mentally and physically challenging to make it easier for people who can't do those things well. That cuts out eg athletes, people like Carol, Ola is very physically fit and well co ordinated...and so on. That leaves room for reality tv celebs to get lots of airtime and votes. Unfortunately.

Yes, like the one where they were blindfolded and had to look for stars in the mud. That was fun. It needs a lot of creative thinking.

I seem to remember them having two campmates joined together, cant remember who it was or if it was handcuffs.

I'm fast forwarding most of them, cba with the tedious, repetitive format.

This, it was terrible last night the way the critters were treated.

I agree this has been the worse series so far.
The whole format needs a shake up and the trials have become the same old, same old.
A distinct lack of imagination and inventiveness.
Even Keith's Shack is becoming boring.

Ant and Dec have also been below par and the silly "Ant fancies Larry" segments are rather embarrassing , not funny.
