Sure this has been asked before, but what is your favourite pro group dance in Strictly history? Mine is the group jive in 2007 to Rebel Yell. I think Matthew Cutler choreographed it......brilliant! Still love watching it now

I agree. All these years on and it's still magical. I was lucky enough to be in the audience that night and that pro dance is a treasured memory. It was stunning.

Ooh yes, that jive is great too, similar vibe to the one I mentioned. No gimmicks or props, just great dancing from a classic pro line up!

Yep definitely another one I've watched many times! I'm obsessed with the way Matt Cutler uses his arms, amazing lines. And again... I can't imagine anything like this ever being on strictly now.

Great jive technique, too - not that I'm any sort of expert, like.

That's still my favourite after all these years, no gimmicks, no stupid themes and no flipping props just fantastic dancers dancing an exciting and well choreographed routine.

I also really like the Jive they did to "Tell Her About It", think it was 2005.

Less really is more imo.

I'd certainly like to see more of the newer pros showcased like this.

I'm not far behind you. You'd think that in these uncertain times, the Beeb would have the naus to back pedal slightly and reintroduce a bit of nostalgia - which IMO was in large part responsible for the show's success in the first place. It's not too late for them to screw their heads back on the right way round and introduce a somewhat more 'faded glory' gloss to the show instead of the lairy, garish RTV chunder they've served up for the last 2 or 3 years.
