Just looked some pictures up of him and his wife. She has had all sorts of stuff done to her face.

That's the understatement of the year, she looks like that Wildenstein woman.

She was a very attractive lady.

Why oh why did she have it done? She looks like a totally different person here.

Apparently not a nice guy if some rumours are believed.
Maybe but he has everyone at the American film institute honouring him a few years ago even Richard Harris.

They apparently had issues making a movie but Kirk got him Camelot and he thanked him for saving his career.

Kirk Douglas has given over $40 million to charity.

Let's hope Vera Lynn manages to make her 100 centenary milestone in just over 100 days on 20th March 2017.

No, Olivia de Havilland was 100 in July.

Congratulations Kirk, he made his film debut 70 years ago when he played Barbara Stanwyck's weaking husband in The Strange Love of Martha Ivers.

Did Olivia de Havilland have a sex change that I have not heard off ? The last actor I know off that reached the milestone is Vladimir Zeldin and then Irving Benson followed by Olaf Pooley.

No, I won't wish him a happy birthday, so many decent people don't even get anywhere near his age. Makes me sick.

When he dies it's gonna hit the fan big time. A sister of a sadly deceased famous actress is just waiting and biding her time. Tick tock.....

What a nasty, thoroughly unpleasant post, and quite uncalled for in a tribute thread.

If you can't say anything nice on the man's Centenary then I suggest you just SHUT UP!

A tribute thread? He's not even bloody dead yet. Stuff IS going to come out when he pops his clogs.

I'm not quite sure why you are attacking me when at least three other posters have alluded to the same thing?

A tribute thread? He's not even bloody dead yet, though when he finally is im sure there will be a lot of people rejoicing on Hollywood. Amazing what you can get away with when you're rich and powerful, as we've found out in spades over the last few years.
More sour grapes about a man who has reached 100, and has had a 70 film career.

He also helped writers like Dalton Trumbo who had been blacklisted by the HUAC.

Just what is your problem, and why bother coming in here if you haven't got something nice to say?

My problem is that he's not a very nice man. There is enough evidence out there if you are willing to google it. The truth will out eventually, which given his age will probably be sooner rather than later.

Well, you can read gossip about everyone if you choose to believe everything you read on Google.

I know the name of the sister of the sadly deceased actress, and she has never stopped trying to cash in on her since she died so tragically in 1981. If you want dirt, just read what the husband of the late actress had to say about the sister in his autobiography.

If I don't like a celebrity I avoid any thread concerning them, which is why you will never see me anywhere that mentions the Beckham's.

I suggest you do the same, and remember that old saying, "If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all."
