So guess we can expect more of the same from this lot, instead of taking a leaf out of IAC and just leaving them alone to get on with things Tailor made to put the Tinfoli Twins in from X Factor |

Well it would be different having 8 pairs battle it out for the win. Instead of guess the pair they could throw in a non pair.
![]() I don't know how pairs are going to go but assuming the pairs get split at some point it could be good. |

New depths to be plumbed as the series slides towards cancellation.

Oh well, at least all potential contestants/fakes will know exactly what they are letting themselves in for, long before producers stage the obligatory balls-up during week one and beyond ..

We can finally relive the magic of Jack & Joe all over again.
Hopefully they'll put in fan favourites Helen Wood & Ash "Hilarious Banter" Harrison. |

I dont know why theres so much negativity about this? At least its something new, give it a chance first. It'll probably be more interesting than the snoozefest "im a celeb" which is even more predictable than big brother

BB are now saddled with finding a justification for having 2 houses. |

Yet again a series twist that will end up being a complete failure, like the 2 houses this year. Just do a normal series with great housemates and zero manipulation it's that simple.

But it will be the best series ever, never been done before, game changing twists, rock the house etc.

just gets more desperate by the minute....... Lots of viewers keep asking for older people on the show so sounds a good idea to me. Families on Gogglebox seem to work but I suspect they are looking more for Katie Waissel plus pornstar Gran types. |

Or introduces older people into the auditions who wouldn't usually apply.

The point is the partner can basically be anyone not just a relative or significant other.... which makes the whole thing even more redundant than ever
![]() I suspect we both are reading it differently, I didn't think you could bring any random person. Their use of the phase "You can apply with" sounds more compulsory rather than "You could apply with" which they should have used if was just a suggestion they were making. |

They are asking for "anyone you consider to be family" and mentions "your loved ones".
I suspect we both are reading it differently, I didn't think you could bring any random person. is the actual quote which is wide open to interpretation - its not limited to just parent/child/sibling or partner is the key point - without that restriction - its wide open to anyone wanting to take advantage - as you know they will! |

I agree not everyone will but it's just gives the producers options on an age mix they don't usually get when they hang around outside nightclubs. |

If it follows the Italian BB way of doing it last year then I would enjoy it (helped thst there were fantastic hms). They randomly put people in pairs (didn't know each other) but for the first half ish of the series had to play in pairs (nominate together) and be nominated together BUT instead of facing the vote both in pairs, they had to choose amongst themselves which one to be up (for better chance to knock others out).
Ended up being very good but again depends on the type of hms. Then watched some called friends turn again their pairs when they went back to normal. It was fascinating! It's how my favourite female housemate of all time won (Federica) she was stabbed in the back by her paired partner who she got into a relationship with (until his ex turned up) |

Big Brother are trying something different, they are obviously desperate for ratings, and concerned about the amount of viewers that have watched the show.
