Current odds suggest
Only Danny or Louise have any real chance of winning. Based on this forum and other social media, Louise seems one of the last favourite remaining contestants.
Is Danny the only winner possible at this stage, or could Claudia still come through over the next 3 weeks? Dannys odds are currently 1.74, Louise 3.25 then claudia 14! |

Anything could always happen in the finals; I dont know why some people seem sure of a Danny win ( there is still the ringer talk hanging like a cloud over his head; some people still cant see past that). On the contrary , Claudia and the judge have a better chance of winning imo; especially Claudia. As far as Louise is concerned, I really dont see it but then again like I said, anything can happen.
This is how I would currently rank their odds : Danny-Claudia equal odds The judge Ore-Louise Imo Claudia is Danny's biggest thread; I have noticed how a lot of people have rallied towards her recently, especially after last week. |

I do think Danny kind of has this in the bag; although the run of 40's may mean he's peaking now... but I think he'll manage to pull it off.
Claudia... I'm a fan and she seems popular, but I don't know if she'll be able to beat judges faves Louise and Ore. Rinder I think will be out this week - he is probably guaranteed bottom spot by the judges and I just think he's had his time now and will probably end up bottom 2 again. I hope Claudia gets to the final though

I think I'll be happy with this year if just one of the ringers doesn't make the final. There are still three dance beginners left to muscle one out of it. Not quite sure how either Danny or Louise can be made to leave at this stage but... please go! Two ringers in a three-person final is too much.

I think the Ed Balls vote will most likely go to Judge Rinder and Claudia. If that's right, there is a possibility of either Danny or Louise being in a bottom two with Ore for the quarter-finals, with Ore going.
I'd like to see both the Judge and Claudia in the finals, but one or other seems more likely. |

If the top 2 are Danny and Claudia this weekend... and the judge do a good routine... we might have Ore and Louise bottom 2.
But knowing the judges... they gonna make sure Louise finishes at least 2nd. |

I think if she ends up in the D/O against anyone other than Judge Rinder they'll send her home unless one of the judges' favourites goes horribly wrong. |

I think if we get a Danny, Louise and Ore final, I think Louise could easily win as the compromise candidate because Danny is seen as too trained and I don't think Ore is good enough. It depends on the dances, etc. I think that Danny is the most likely winner but if the final panned out for Louise as it did for Kellie last year I don't think Danny is as unreachable as Jay was - no comment on their dancing ability. (Though of course a Danny, Louise and Ore final splits the Cliftons supporters, if that is a factor, I don't know.) If it's Danny, Louise and Claudia, I think a Danny win is more likely but who knows. I don't believe the Judge can get there now but we'll see... |

This board isn't a guide to Louise's chances. This board would have told you Chelsee was going to beat Harry (I think, I haven't gone back and checked) or at least that it was close, and that Tom would have no chance and I don't think you'd have banked on Abbey at this stage or Caroline either. Louise is getting very little personal dislike compared to Denise or other pop stars, say Emma Bunton for one, and the Kevin thing on here doesn't matter to most people voting. Louise has got a great chance. Has anyone called Louise 'too good' on ITT? Like Danny is called every week?

Straw poll at work, so not very scientific. I can't actually find anyone who wants either Danny or Louise to win. Comments are the standard "he came in at too high a level", "she has no personality and I can't stand her partner" etc etc. Vast majority of 6 people asked (see very scientific) had wanted Ed to win, as he is now out my random sample of accountants want either Rinder or Claudia to win. Obviously some of these may be the dreaded silent voter, saying "vote Trump no way" and then silently voting for him

I'm a little surprised that Danny is not an even stronger favourite, currently available at 4/5. There must have been money for Louise to bring her in to 2/1. Claudia is at 12/1, Ore at 14/1 and Robert is the complete outsider at 66/1. Fans of Claudia can even get 4/1 against her being top woman, Louise is 2/11 ! I'd say that Danny and Louise are certainties for the final. Robert would have to avoid the bottom 2 which is unlikely, he's toast. Then it's a close call between Claudia and Ore for the third place in the final. In the final there will be a lot more floating voters, so it's possible there could be a surprise. But when it comes to "wow" dances Danny has more up his sleeve. I don't think there is anything like the concern about "ringers" among the GBP. So I'd say Danny will end up with the prize, with Louise second. |

The bookies odds just reflect the money wagered. But you're right, the betting community appear to think it's a two horse race.

Claudia got more wow factor in her dance... I strongly believe She just need to reach that final and do acrobatic show dance and she can win it all.

The problem with betting on Ore, Claudia, and Rinder is that they have to survive the quarter-final and sem-final before the final. One bad dance, or even one merely good dance, could see them lose votes and go out in the dance off. Danny and Louise are so consistent (because they are real dancers) that it is hard to see them having that bad performance on the main show and repeated in the dance off.

Going by general chat in the street, I don't think Ore can win. He's just seen as too needy. I don't think Judge Rinder is quite good enough to get the votes to win either. He's lovely and all but he is quite a bit behind the others and he hasn't got the momentum of someone like the Dancing Wardrobe. I think Claudia is in with an outside chance.
But between Danny and Louise? Who knows? |

I'm not a big Louise fan but I think she's more popular with viewers than on this forum
My niece who volunteers at a local tearoom told me that all the ladies there prefer Louise over Danny

The odds suggest that Danny will win.
And he will. |

Amusingly (ish), I had a look back and this is the forum poll for Top 5 in Series 6. Where are all those proud Lisa fans now eh?
