I really hope Katya and Neil are there. I can't imagine Ed dancing with anyone but Katya... I think it would be harder for him to transfer to another partner because Katya had to build up everything from the very beginning in him. Maybe I'm over-romanticising this thing
Yes, who else would be brave enough to do a Gangnam style salsa?!

As suggested above by star, maybe Neil will partner Lesley.

Even though Ed is the celeb, I do think this is one of those occasions where they are a package and I would be hard to see him dancing with anyone else but Katya.

Good idea to put Neil with Lesley as Anton does not tour and it will give him more time dancing with a celeb. I would like to see them both back next year dancing with celebs.

Ed, Ore and Lesley have joined the tour along with whoever was already on it.

I seem to think Jo has theatre work (?) and does Anton do his own thing (??) so there will probably be new partnerships for Ore and Lesley.
Brendan has his own theatre tour again:

Ed&Katya were indeed a great partnership, and that's often what people pay to see on tour, but I could totally see Karen Clifton dancing with Ed. And given what a great partnership she had with Jeremy last year, and how Ed happily heeded his advice on Strictly, I think they'd get on really well and convey a lot of fun.

Katya has Tweeted that Team Glitterballs are on tour... so that isn't exactly a confirmation that she is touring.... but I think she probably is reading between the lines.

Ed spent some time negotiating his participation and he might well have insisted that Katya was part of the deal (if she wanted to Tour, that is.)

This is basically @EdBalls on Tour.... with Strictly as the support act.

Who would have thought etc.

It's very well known that BBC supports the celebs who are willing to do the tour.
The problem with Daisy was that she had ended up there three times and Greg was there for the first time and I think the judges wanted the Olympian to dance in Blackpool. Either way, they were both going to leave soon.
I agree with you Sarah - the writing was on the wall. Being positive though, I think Daisy will be a popular celeb on the tour - I could see her Waltz working very well.

Strictly Tour is organised by West End managements with Craig R-H - not the BBC

Look on your programme if you go to the Tour - it tells you who the producers are.

Looking at the Strictly Live Tour website it looks as if it's 'Stage Entertainment'?

BBC has nothing to do with organising it, but gets credit for use of its logo.

BBC Worldwide licences the Strictly name and 'style' and so gets a bit of money for it, but that's all.

I know some of the newspapers have gone on about BBC bosses 'desperate' for Ed for Strictly Live, but it isn't true - it's the Tour producers who'd be 'desperate'

Agree Can't see one without the other.

Wonder if Katya wanted to do it and Ed was willing to support her? Maybe if Neil's doing the Tour too?

Or maybe Ed had such a good time that he wants to carry on so Katya's agreed?

I'd love to go. Problem with living out in the sticks in the middle of nowhere is that the closest venues are not very close at all. How much are tickets, roughly - anyone know?

take your firstborn, and then times by the number of nieces, then talk it over with the white slavers.
Oh I don't know, 40-50 quid?

I too live in the sticks but also a ferry ride away from "England"! Tickets are up to £78 for floor seats and about £40 to £50 for those in the sky! There are still some available.

I have been offered a floor seat at the O2 and may well take it up. It is from a friend who is a Will fan and has decided not to go now as he is no longer in it. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see tickets available for a similar reason!

Me too, wish I had booked when tickets first went on sale though. There are very few at my nearest two venues, only a couple of front row for over £200.00 each with Ticketmaster! The rest are with Viagogo etc and are up in the gods and not cheap...

Yes it is, he mentioned it on Good Morning Britain a few days ago

He explained: "I am definitely doing the tour but I can't do Manchester. Other than that, I will be doing everything. It's because of something I agreed to do a year ago - before I even signed up for Strictly."

I'm disappointed too
