So, Rebecca has intimate knowledge of where things are stored in the courthouse, enabling her to launch a plan for a prison break?

What utter tosh!
Well given how badly it went she didn't know as much as she though.

Claiming it utter tosh before the story plays out seems a tad harsh to me heh

Wow Bex what an amazing disguise.
She'd have been better off wearing one of her ludicrously oversized hats to hide from the security cameras.
This episode is awful. They haven't even told Lucky they're breaking him out. He's hardly going to trust the word of a man who kidnapped him last month and has lied to him consistently for years...
Shows just how badly the in story plan was, not that its badly plotting by the writers.

Remember when Emmer use to be good ? it doesnt have one redeeming feature these days, apart from Cains boxer shorts.
I don't recall her ever being good?

So Becca just happened to have a van handy on court premises and the old wooden doors were open. Haven't the writers ever watched news footage of people being taken in and out of courts?
Its extremely easy to hire a van.

Robert and Rebecca in the middle of committing a major crime, calmly discussing their relationship in the court house grounds.
Fecking ridiculous.
I'm oout!
But no crime happened so why wouldn't they?

Fighting a losing battle I know, I just didn't think the episode was nearly as bad as other people seemed to. He said mournfully

Youve only known that for a couple of days Finn but you have been stalking him for weeks.
Yes but his father has been dead all that time hasn't he, and Comaa man is the only man who will listen.

Analysis of Emmerdale episode

Kwynne unlike most people it seems didn't think that episode was that bad.

Cliche and other things people might deem as bad writing.

1) I thought the botched robbery was hilarious if a bit silly on the parts of eager Rebecca and a very reluctant Robert

2) Rebecca looked very nice in the glasses and not entirely convincing disguise

3) Rebecca's plan was rubbish and was never going to come off but i'd harly call it bad writing as some has.

4) They don't seem to have improved security much since Andy escaped have they

5) Every scene with Robshite is always awful so why would people think the writing was bad this episode, Aarsewipe actor is so shockingly bad at acting all dialogue is going to sound awful no matter how good the writers are or not.

6) Rebecca wormed her way back into Home farm and Chrissie's sympathy by playing the Robert is awful card, does she mean it or is this another con to undermine Chriissie

7) An all white alliance to break up Robshite would be brilliant.

8) Why is Vanessa so angry all the time she getting as bad as Corrie's Anna.

9) Megan you also forgot to mention Declan covering up murders and committing actual murders.

10) Frank go away now

11) tracy - Your relatives are awful.

12) Yuck to David having Star named after him so Corny

13) Who roots around in rubbish bags other than Soap characters, people in real life don't do that if they can possibly avoid it, who knows what secrets you would find in real life if they looked in the bins like in soap.

14) Belle acting sisterly who knew.

Morning Oldnjaded

Didn't think the episode was as bad as most hour longs but that most mostly down to Rebecca hilariously stupid plot to bust out Lachlan heh

Took a long time going home on the bus last night due to big trouble on the upper deck. Mad man who claimed his friend had been murdered started ranting and raving and threatened a lady who he claimed was related to the murderer. Poor lady who had no idea what he was talking and was terrified and hysterical which didn't exactly help matters. At this point rather remarkably the whole upper deck came to her aid and threw him off the bus. AT which point the driver refused to move until the police came and we all had to get off and wait for another bus.

As JD might say

Irlam Eh?
Lol, kwynne - it's always on your bus isn't it? Good for the people who threw him off though - most people are (understandably) scared of getting knifed if they try to help anyone these days.
I'm just back from Stocky where we're being warned every 5 minutes to beware of pickpockets. It's reached epidemic proportion now that Xmas is coming apparently. Another reason Xmas should be abolished.

It was the most juvenile, puerile, ill thought out piece of junk I've ever seen on ED because of the ridiculous Prison Break sl and the Knobron shite.

I am aware I got a little testy reading the threat and hopes I didn't upset anyone too much.
As if.

*chortles merrily*
