A tango to one night only is this a joke ?
I'm sure he will cope with a bad song, he's been lucky compared to most.

That's 3 latins in a row now for Judge Rinder.

When do they do two dances then? It will be a very short show!

Do the dart throwing monkeys really hate the tango? Have we had one good tango song all series?

I think Ore has by miles the best song for the dance. I think the Judge is stuffed having the samba to that. Not sure about Claudia's but it could be cute, really depends what costume does to them. Altogether, I feel like we've had better songs from musicals on other weeks than we have this week.
Even the Ore track is a bit odd - done this year on DWTS not sure if waltz or v.waltz

as for tango has not been a decent one all series

yes but if they make the semi will have to do 1 ballroom 1 latin so obviously she is dropping either salsa or samba - you cannot expect someone to do salsa and samba consecutively and plenty of others Rinder for example have done 2 ballrooms in a row
Not this late in the competition, it's really unfair. They wouldn't give injured Laura 2 consecutive ballroom numbers in week 7, but Louise gets in week 11. Louise will do it next week because she has two dances and judges will manipulate the scoring again.
Easy to do it when there are two dances. .

of the rumba and salsa Claudia will be better with salsa she will be able to do plenty of tricks
She'll still have to do the Rumba in the semis. That could be tricky.

I thought they'd be doing 2 dances each by now. How are they going to fill the show?

It's only an hour on Saturday. 7-8. They just kept the show running as usual without Will Young, there would have been 6 contestants.

Danny has by far the worst song this week . It's a great tune but I just don't see how it could work for a tango

Why, why, oh why can't we have appropriate tango songs on this show ?

Really unfair, Claudia has already danced Samba and now has to the Salsa.
Louise yet to dance a Salsa or a Samba.
Getting beyond ridiculous now.

Laura having danced a Salsa, had to dance a Samba with the an injured ankle.
Louise Waltz and Quickstep, no Salsa or no Samba,
Yes, it is, I shall watch til Claudia goes and then I shall turn off for good. It smacks, it really does.

Last year we had a Tango to "Ghostbusters", after that nothing surprises me anymore on this show.

Producers must be asking "Your Majesty which dance would you like to do"? and then give dances to others. Really unfair on all the other dancers who are putting in so many hours and want to shine,

They sure do want him gone.

If Oti is brilliant at one thing it's making dances work, she will do a great job as will Danny.

And isn't Claudia still doing gymnastic training as well?

No idea how they choose but I very much doubt Louise gets to pick and choose, or Kevin for that matter. That will be down to the producers so maybe whinge about them? I get why your unhappy and it is a shame she got that but hardly Louise's fault.

Ore works, Rob Rinder works, Claudia isn't alone in that.

My faourite or not, I would like everyone to be treated equally. It really pisses me off.
Celebs must know, but they have to put their head down and dance.

It's hardly physical though, gymnastics and dancing, both very physical but, hey, don't give any credit to Claudia.

The year before that we had a Tango to 'Stop' by the Spice Girls. Goodness knows what cocktail of drugs TPTB were on when they made that choice.

Well, I'm assuming that, going on every other ballroom this year, they will be able to do minimal foxtrot and loads of faffing and Ore will look fantastic as Wonka. And it's a very familiar storyline and I think recognition generally helps on musicals night, it creates positive associations. Louise has a good character that will suit her and that she can have fun with, but it is to my non-dancer ear pretty gallopy. Claudia has recognition and a good song but will they dress them as lions? Danny and the Judge have good songs, but not, in my view for the dances, and not the same familiar loved characters to play.

I will admit that last year I thought Jay was disadvantaged by having the least familiar musical and it still worked really well because it suited him, even if a lot of people hated the costumes. But I would guess that Ore, Claudia and the Judge are potentially in danger and looking at that list, Ore is safe with that song, Claudia may well be in the dance off and the Judge is even more likely than he already was to go home.

we used this remix in a show last year so the song should speed up ok

It's certainly better but I can't get that samba rhythm out of my head.
Let's hope Dave Arch and his band work their magic
