How long the "city wall" or whatever they call it been there

I'm sure it has always been there but only in the past year or so has the set been extended to included the top of the wall. I may be totally wrong but that is how I've seen it. The wall was renovated which gave Darren and Maxine the opportunity to hide Patrick's body. I presumed this renovation included the addition of the steps beside the garden/fountain

I remember years ago when The Dog exploded, Foz painted a murial in tribute of Mel, Sophie, Joe and Olivia on that wall. Wonder what happened to it? Probably disappeared along with Nancys tattoo.

I think Nancy's tattoo was explained away. She went to laser treatment (it was mentioned once i think)
