It's hard to believe the likes of Sam, Wayne etc. had more votes than Martin. What do people think?

I prefer Sam to Martin, so maybe there are loads of discerning voters ?

True and I don't particularly love Martin just find it hard to believe he would be in the bottom two. Maybe I'm wrong though

Big Martin fan, and I have a bad feeling it might have been. He's still got a bit of a marmite personality and didn't get much edit time tonight.

Hopefully it only strengthens his vote.

Mostly, it is the bottom two. They usually throw in a wildcard once or twice per series but 90% of the time it is the actual bottom two.

I don't know why the first 3 look worried in every series because its never then..isn't it time to change how they announce the exiting camp mate?

Tomorrow or the next day the first one will be a "might be you" It happens once a series.

Hah yeah I've noticed that too. It's in "no particular order", supposedly, but if they say your name first you're good to stay.

Same here really.

I don't really think he's going to snatch it, but that would be great. He definitely deserves a run to Celebrity Cyclone.

I've noticed they don't show either one to one or group interactions with those two since Larry last patronised Martin. Wonder if they are avoiding each other, which is difficult in a small space, or that Martin is tip toeing around 'the Godfather,'

The facts are there. You can look up who was in the "bottom two" and you can check the votes to see what they were that week. 90% it is the actual bottom two. Not an opinion, not made up, a fact.

No. I think this was one of their wildcards this year.

I do reckon they do it so they get more people to vote the next night

Either he was in the bottom two or the producers wanted to give him a boost in the voting. Neither scenario fits with the general opinion on here!

I imagine they want to boost his vote, he's one of the more talked about camp mates so I imagine producers want him to stay

I agree but it doesn't fit with the general "producers are being mean to him" vibe on here.

Yes, it's hard to believe that viewers would vote for a gold-medal winning Olympian and a retired Premier League winning footballer rather than a daytime TV presenter .

I'm hoping that Martin isn't anywhere near as popular with the majority of voters as he seems to be with the posters on here. He can be quite amusing at times but I find him rather tedious tbh, so the sooner he leaves the better AFAIC.
