I know on these forums most people are finding it boring, but Ive really enjoyed the camaraderie this series. Its a refreshing change to see people getting on and being nice to each other, and not being horrible and two faced. Its been lovely to watch.

I agree, normally I watch and I end up getting really annoyed at at least one person (Lady C) so it's a pleasure watching this year and actually liking everyone

I'm enjoying it but I wish they would scrap those ridiculous secret missions...that was playground stuff.

I have absolutely loved this series. It has just kept getting better with the more interesting trials in the last day or two as well. To me it proves that people want feel good entertainment, not a load of moaning minnies. I actually really enjoyed the secret mission tonight. I was worried it might harm the "feelgood factor" but no, everyone played their part, and took it all in the best way possible, and enjoyed the treats - what's not to love?

Have to agree with both of these posts, it's so much easier watching people getting on. I haven't found it boring this series and don't dislike any of them so don't mind who wins.

Me too OP. After the misery fest of the last series and a pretty dark 12 months for the world in general, it's been lovely to see a group of people getting on and pulling together.
It reminds me of early BB where they understood the team ethic and supported each other

Best one I can remember . So nice to see normal people being normal. Brilliant.

The show tonight was excellent and pretty much everyone was involved.

I adore Joel, loved his secret mission, Wayne came out with a classic, 'She'd be up for it"' about Carol and his little eyes nearly bugged out of his head! It was hilarious.

Also thought 'Mysterious Girl' and the goat task was funny.

Great little show this evening. And glad Jordan went and not Sticky Martin.

I've really liked watching a happy camp. It's been great watching people try hard to win stars rather than airtime. I think this bunch are the most likeable lot for years. I hope they all do really well off of the back of this.

It's lovely this year. They are a really nice group of people and whoever goes, the reaction will be the same because every one of them is a gem.

Great to see others enjoying this series too. It's been the perfect tonic to wash away last year's bitter Camp Misery, and give us a much needed feelgood programme. There are plenty of miserable backbiting reality programmes out there for those who are finding it boring. Interesting that ratings are up this year. I hope TPTB take note of what has made this a winning formula. More of the same next year please!

A well paid holiday for all of them, good food & plenty of treats, the acting is pretty good too.

Totally agree with this. Last year I had to stop watching because I could not bare the conflict. It left a horrible taste for me so have been utterly delighted with this year's crowd.

I'm enjoying this series too. Would liked to have seen a little less of Scarlett, and a bit more of some of the less favoured campmates, but apart from that it's been great.

i too am enjoying this series as well - fed up with having made up arguments and conflict and showmances - and reality tv stars from towie , shore or chelsea with there look at me look at me attitudes . glad none of that lot were in here this year

Enjoying it here too. They have been well fed this year but only because they have attacked every trial with positive attitude so as not to let their campmates down. I have enjoyed listening to their conversations rather than listening to screaming arguments.

Not got a particular favourite to win, not keen on Larry, he is the only one I wouldn't like to see get the crown.

Hoorah! So the GBP really DO want to see people who can string a sentence together rather than the halfwits so often presented to us. Things are looking up!

This!
I think it's been a similar story with Strictly this year - on the whole a group of 'feel-good' contestants (esp. Ed Balls) who get along together and support one another. And as you say, it's SO good to have wit and humour. I find myself laughing and smiling throughout, which is rare for me.

Not been a bad series

Can these not rights help it if they are too good for the trials this year?

Much like the majority, am loving the good atmosphere in camp...And boy have we needed this after a very bad tempered year in regards to certain other shows and world events

Minimal interference from them upstairs to get them arguing, which is how it should be and no showmances shoved in our faces

They must be doing something right, as if it was boring as some are saying, we would be dragging halfway through the 2nd week about now but here we are almost at the end already

The first five episodes were great - they all got a pretty fair edit, mainly because of all the group trials they were doing.

Then it was back to business as usual with a select few hogging all the air time - now we're watching those who haven't had any air time leave one by one (Lisa, Ola, Jordan). How exciting! Totally unpredictable, isn't it?

What's the point of bothering? The edit decides who stays and goes, not us.

Marred only by the treatment of Martin by some of the campmates.
