Something off about Scarlett and her 'chats'......seem scripted to me...the biscuit one and the feminism chat last night (book mentioned too ).......gone off her a bit but love her on Gogglebox

I guess it's just like people on chat shows who appear to be chatting informally but actually are telling pre-thought out stories. We all probably do the same thing to a lesser degree. I'm betting a lot of Scarlett's 'scripted' chats are just ideas she is repeating from her book.

Pre thought stories is probably more what i meant.....like she has a list of topics she will try and fit in while she's there

Aren't they all "scripted" in a way, by the person behind the camera asking questions ? Like when they all had a viewpoint on Martin the other day.

She's a bundle of contradictions, is Scarlett. She doesn't think women should be judged on appearances; completely contradicting her previous RTV incarnation and her agency bumph (see below). She's relatively well educated but appears to completely embrace the 'oi'm fick' mantle (how much is 90 seconds, anyone?). I think 'confused' would be the kindest way of putting it.

That's really interesting ! Yes, many contradictions. I bet she'll be on Strictly Come Dancing sometime as a celeb and they'd play down her previous training. That will only work if she succeeds in getting lots more work on tv until then though and I think that might be unlikely.

I'm sick to death of her constant narration. She has to comment on everything! Why can't we see someone else?
