I have been quite vocal about Wanting Max to drop the revenge idea, purely because it was his previous attempt at revenge that led to him being incarcerated

It airing at 9:30 has nothing to do with the content but the scheduling and clashes with other programs. If it wasn't on at 9:30 it would have no choice but to be on at 5:30 or 6:30! It's Christmas Day so no one goes by the time of the average day!

The episode would open with McBeale getting taken into custody, then the rest of the episode would consist of a graphic Lauren and Whitney sex scene.
