And then he played for himself in the fishing task...what a misery he was, making his usual snide comments.

Or was backed into a corner. He hasn't gone out on his own has he? He likes to snipe a lot but isn't always quick to go out on a limb. Empty vessel

Thanks for proving my point about Larry's fanbase
![]() You can be snide and loathsome about Larry, yet when someone dares to stick up for him you become holier than though as Martin is some how untouchable on this forum. Thank you for proving a point about Martin's fanbase

I don't even get why that trial needed two campmates![]() In this series they've just made it easier because the water could not have gone over Larry's head. All he had to do was sit there as the water would only go so high. It was not designed in a way in which the water could reach head height. |

I'd like to know how Martin can be an empty vessel given what he's done in trials. Its your prerogative to stick up for Larry, I'm just saying your 'loathing' for Martin is facilitated by your supporting Larry. .Similarly, I'm happy to admit that Larry's outburst and talking down to Martin yet again tonight, makes me feel nothing but pity for the man. Martins put aside their differences, while Larry is holding a grudge.
![]() Similarly how is an empty vessel got anything to do with trials? I was talking about personality. Martin makes noise for the sake of it - he talks a lot but says little. I'm sure if Larry could escape him then he'd be happier other than to spend time with someone you clearly don't like. I'm sure the majority of people would be the same if in a similar position when you were forced to spend time with someone you don't like or are irritated by. |

Actually I don't loathe Martin at all so please don't put words into my mouth and quote the word as though I've said it. I actually don't mind him, but can quite see why Larry would be annoyed with someone who is relentless and childish and he can't escape from. I just don't understand why people complaining about snide remarks to Martin make snide and bitchy remarks to someone else

Your definition of an empty vessel is different to mine. He knew what he was entering into so if Martin gets on his wick, tough. Nobody forced him to go in and nobody's forcing him to stay. |

I thought Larry was OK to begin with, but I have proper gone off him now. Arrogant, unpleasant, condescending individual he is.

I wonder why they ended up doing the DD challenge together? Isn't that something the campmates decide? |

It's clear there's no love lost between Larry and Martin and I can totally understand why. Although I now don't mind Martin, my sympathies are entirely with Larry.

I think Larry has just got one giant chip on his shoulder for some reason. You know what as well - in this - we haven't seen Martin say one bad word about Larry either in the BT or to anyone else there - yet we've seen lots of Larry mouthing off about Martin. Maybe its because Martin genuinely hasn't done any bad-mouthing. |

Yesterday Joel said he was the best on Maintenance with the water and the Fire, he wakes up the camp each morning gently hell Jordan said he brought him A cuppa each morning when he woke him as he doesnt like water. Hardly the actions of a lazy person.
Everytime you see adam bar in trials he is in his hamock although he is cooking now to be FAIR to him |

Wow your dislike for Larry is worse than Larrys comments to Martin and really your comments there are quite disgusting and inflammatory and not to mention Slightly hypocritical. But I'll let you bask in your dislike for a 70 year old. Enjoy
