So that's the kind of major character flaw that is making all the campmates fed up with him.

Go figure.

Just watching on +1 and notice that Martin was the first to offer to share his treat with the two who were without. Lovely gesture.

Did you notice though - how Wayne was reluctant to take up the offer (probably worried what the Codfather would think). Adam was a bit more pleasant and appreciative.

To be honest - I prefer Adam over Wayne AND Joel. Joel seems a bit of shit to be honest.

Probably felt guilty for bitching about Martin behind his back.

Martin is a flawed person in some ways, even though he is my favourite but I cannot deny that. However, he's a real person.

We've seen all sides of him, enough to see that he's not hiding a horrible nature behind a fake veneer of nicety like many others in there. He's principled, wears his heart on his sleeve (read: emotional), but competitive when he needs to be. He's a nice guy.

I absolutely get why some don't like his flamboyant personality even when he's having a good time. He's done a couple of things that made me feel a bit embarrassed (like hanging up the phone a few too many times in the royal task), but overall he has grown the most out of all of them as a person (Yes- read: JOURNEY) while he's been there and he's- unfairly- been put under the most pressure simply for being a late arrival with a personality that was at odds with the fake plastic people.

My winner, even if he goes tomorrow.

I think Carole might just have tipped this in Martins favour, good for you, what a lady, telling it as it is...How Martin has continued to be nice and smile in there is beyond me.... so keep smiling.

He more of less offered straight away as there was bread to dip n too. Plus he offered it to both Wayne & Adam. Scarlett quickly offered a bite of her chewed pizza when she realised she'd missed an opportunity😉

I think everyone's to blame a bit. I feel sorry for Martin but have been around people like him and it's frustrating. They are having a jovial chat about Larry killing a fly and someone interjects and says it's not a big deal

He is right. It isn't a big deal. But it doesn't need saying and was just a jokey chat and that comment kind of stops the conversation dead and turns it negative. And conversation is all they really have to do in there

Don't forget he dared to suggest they draw straws the other day! And went into camp first after the dingo dollar challenge.

I've known people like Martin. Interesting personalities that can really grate. I've been guilty of going with the crowd and being a dick to them at times. It's something I'm not proud of but it happens.

I didn't like Joel tonight and I've really loved him all along, but I'm a bit disappointed that he isn't strong enough to resist the Martin digs. But then I wasn't always strong enough either.

Larry took it way too far though and got nasty.

I have also been the Martin and it's really horrible to be left out and belittled, no matter what age you are!

Anyway, I'm rooting for him. Even if you loathe the man, he's made the show this year.

Larry didn't like him because he hasn't got his tongue stuck up Larry's arse like the rest of the boys. I find all the boys slightly tedious now with the exception of Martin, which I never thought I'd say a couple of weeks ago. Even Joel's protestations of how much he really loves Martin are starting to ring false with me.

Me too. The permenantly plastered on grin is failing more and more every day to hide his TRUE feelings. Such a shame that he's In with Larry's sycophantic nasty gang now. I liked him a lot in the first week.

I like Joel, but I don't think he likes Martin like he says he does. They don't come across as friends at all.

Typical of the 'I really like/love him BUT' and then pull them to shreds

I'm not sure Larry even did kill that fly ... I was watching closely, and I'm sure it flew off, but then Larry acted flicking it off his fingers (rather than admit he was too slow) and they were all praising him.

Well, personally I think he should be presented with a Victoria Cross for gallantry in the face of the enemy!

There is nothing to figure out...they are waking up to the fact that Martin is more popular then they realised .....and being they are all so desperate to win the crown they see Martin as a massive threat.....Just have to look at Larry!!

Your right some people do join in , never have myself as hate any form of cliques, is childish playground bullies and not nice one bit, I feel for people who are different and dont fit in, but Martin has turned it on its head in there, and Im glad, hes lovely and Id love him to win, Larry has a lot to learn like he said about his ex wife who had to teach him how to treat his son properly as a father, he said he had to thank the women in his life for helping him to be a better father. his ex said how she always came second in their marriage to his career, now he has to learn how to treat people fairly and stop trying to be top man. instead of being a nice man.
