In the still depths of the night, I did wonder if perhaps Neil was being lined up for Judge-dom. Just my tin-foil hat talking really.
What a horrible thought. He's such an irritating. camera-hogging twit. I doubt he's has the charisma required, or the presenting skills.

Have loved all the new pros to varying degrees but Katya is by far my favourite. I'd be really unhappy if she wasn't back. I can't imagine for one minute she wouldn't be invited as I don't see a bad word being said about her. In fact I get the feeling all the newbies are set to stay.

Same here! Unsurprisingly

Gorka and Katya have been wonderful and have really shone. Talented dancers with great personality and humour.

Can't see any point in Chloe and Neil. Neither stands out in either personality or dance ability. She's pretty but forgettable and he takes Irritating Twit to an art form.

I quite like Oksana but always feel she is a million miles away, in her own head, just waiting for the train to arrive.
Bless her. She does seem a bit lost at times. Think a lot of it is the language barrier.

Apart from that bit of craziness, I'd be sorry to lose any of them. The show lost a lot this year and I'd like all of the newbies to stay to build up a bit of continuity. Jo does seem the most likely leaver if her stage career takes off and she commits to a long tour. Natalie is another possible leaver if she decided she wanted to start a family. I can't remember if she's ever mentioned that in the past.
I think we've got a Nat another year - her contract is for two years someone on her show with Ian he heard Ian saw. After that who knows but the producers will want some continuity and they need a tall lady to dance with tall gentleman celebs so they need to think about replacing her a lot harder than Ola and Kristina who were about average height. I think Ailona was on the tall side too.

I've not noticed his camera-hogging but I wonder if people aren't being a bit hard on him and he's overcompensating for fear of becoming invisible because he not out there dancing with a celeb partner or on ITT with them. He might calm down a bit once he's actually got the focus of training someone and not feel he has to try and get himself noticed quite so desperately if he's already in the competition.

Both Ola and Kristina are 5ft 2 but I will take that as average height.

Preens! Woo hoo average height, instead of being distinctly short.

In the overall stats I think the average is 5ft 2-4 inches but obviously it's age dependent i.e average overall isn't necessarily average amongst your generation as the average height will go up with every generation. I'm a couple of inches taller but I've always been shorter than most people I know as an adult that said hubbie is 6ft 2 so I probably always look really diddy compared to him.

Unlike some, I don't dislike any of the pro dancers but I do think that, at 50, it's time for Anton to go (and to be honest I'd be surprised if he didn't get the judging slot - they hired ALESHA for heaven's sake!)
I think maybe Brendan should move on, too, or serve the show in a different capacity perhaps - maybe as a choreographer and emergency spare dancer, as Neil was this year.
I certainly would like to see Chloe and Neil given a chance to work with a partner.

That sums it up perfectly . I'm sort of intrigued to see Oksana with someone next year to see if she has gone into her own head to escape Judge Rinder or if she is like that all the time.

I hope AJ doesn't come back. I haven't been impressed with his dancing or choreography, plus his 'acting' in the VTs is worse than Pasha's.

I think the producers would be keen to hold on to AJ to attract a younger audience. Think that's probably why him and Claudia have been given quite 'young' themes and music. Contrary to what most people seem to think on here, I actually think it might have been to their advantage. They've got a niche among all the other couples and when I've gone to the tour there have always been loads of little girls there so maybe it actually helps their vote?

AJ and Chloe need to be back as they're great
Love Gorka
Oti is the best choreographer and dancer by far
Katya is brilliant as is the beautiful Oksana
Never saw a great deal of Neil I suppose they come as a package
I think the Cliftons/Alijaz/Jeanette will be back
I think Pasha was really out of it this year. He didn't get on with his
Partner and you wouldn't have missed him this year
I love Gio he's a fabulous dancer and a bit
If personality
Anton probably get the presenting job. I don't think Brendan will be back

I like virtually all of them this year and think the new bunch are good additions. I'd lose Brendan and Giovanni if any were to be replaced.

Brendon needs to go
Janette is my favourite female pro, but she is a good presenter, so I think she would make a good job of sitting out and concentrating on the behind the scenes stuff she does

I like all the pros, and the new ones, especially Katya, are great. However I do think Pasha, in particular, and Giovanni, to some extent, lost their sparkle this year.

I would like to see a place for Neil and Chloe. To be honest I can't see Katya coming back unless there is a good role for Neil.

I presume they'll aim for continuity and only replace people if they leave, rather than letting people go. It's been a year with a lot of new faces and a lot of them have got quite far - if you look at the Final 6, three of the pros were debuting, and for two of them it's only their second series of competing. So they'll probably want to leave it a while and establish this generation of "names" a bit before flushing a big new batch through again.

Pasha seems bored out of his mind this year. Love the new Pros and hope they return. Neil and Chloe I am not bothered either way.

Anton will be too busy with the twins hopefully and Brendan may be done too.

With at least one new judge, maybe more, I agree that as little change as possible in Pro line up is a good idea.
But Louise Rainbow's idea of good does not chime with a lot of posters on here!

I was thinking that next year the big change will be on the judging panel - so yes, the pro line up might well remain as is unless a pro leaves (Brendan according to a few rumours). They can keep it fresh by giving Neil and Chloe partners and returning AJ to the troop. If Brendan does leave, I think they might need another taller male pro.

To be fair, the new pros have gone far in part because they get a bit of help with their pairings in the first year, not necessarily because of their talent. It wasn't coincidence that the quieter two (Gorka and Oksana) were matched to the big personalities of Judge Rinder and Tameka. Didn't work out for Gorka/Tameka.. but you can see the thought process. Danny apparently wanted to be paired with Oksana and I am not too sure how that would have worked out - Oti has worked marvels with him.

I don't think they will axe anyone for next year, seeing as there were quite a few newbies this year. I think the line up is pretty good right now. I would like to see Chloe and Neil have a chance though (looking forward to seeing Chloe in the Christmas special) [no spoilers please ]

As others have said, Anton may become a judge, and there are a couple who may choose to leave for whatever reason, but I wouldn't mind if it stayed the same, as I like every pro right now.

I really hope Gorka is back. Despite being voted out in week 2 (which was far too early for Tameka to be honest) I think he has gained popularity from his Pro dances, stints on ITT and filling in for Brendan with Anastasia (her best dance too!). He seems like a really nice bloke and has proved popular on here and social media.
Love to see him get to the final.

Oh, that would have been great, Bland & Bot!

I can't see Oksana wanting to stay another year unless Jon gets to take part in it too like he did (albeit partially) this year. They's based in the US and I don't think they would want to spend so much time apart.

Please will they keep Mr Oksana far, far away from the Salsa choreo next year..
