A lot of fms predicted in the other thread that Ore would be in the dance of tonight just after his dance. It wasnt a great routine and the backing dancers were a distraction MORE THAN EVER ; A lot of people drew comparisons to Gio and georgia tea cups dance from last year; and guess what happened ? they were in the dance off as well after that dance.

A huge thank you all round as always to everyone involved (and to our mole).

Where has this years Strictly gone? This series has flown by.

It was Rinder's time to go and I'm not surprised Ore ended up in the dance off with him. I am expecting Ore to get high marks next week to help him make the final, leaving Claudia in fourth place.

Right, let's have a look at what the semi-final looks like...

Claudia & AJ - Quickstep or Tango / Rumba
Danny & Oti - American Smooth or Waltz / Salsa
Louise & Kevin - Tango / Salsa or Samba
Ore & Joanne - Argentine Tango or Quickstep / Samba

Danny is good at anything, but with so few couples left nobody is safe from the DO. It will be interesting to see what they do with Ore next week - they've intimated they want him in the final but he's obviously not popular, and AT and Samba is a potential nightmare combination for a semi. Rumba could potentially be a bit of a problem for Claudia, as could latin for Louise - Salsa would be bad news all the way for her.

(Fun Fact: Every time Kevin has done a salsa, it has either been bottom of the leaderboard or in the dance-off.)
