I wonder if the Producers will schedule the dances so that the likely lower marked dance for each couple will be the second one they perform ?

That would mean no costume changes if they end up in the DO

Yes very predictable not like the last two years at the Quarter final stage when Pixie and Helen left in the dance off

I want both Claudia and Ore in the final but that is probably nearly impossible now.

Neither Danny or Louise have been bottom two as of yet so they must have a certain level of popularity.

In the past the best dance was the one they had to do (Lisa Snowden 39 point Waltz vs Austin Healy's 36 point Samba, because Brendan craftily concentrated on getting the waltz right rather than trying hard with both dances as Erin did). Then more recently they could choose.

I gave up at " I personally" - what will be, will be and personal opinion doesn't make endless speculation right! Does it really matter (apart from to the dancers) who wins? At least now Mr Balls and RR have gone it will be someone who can really dance.

Don't forget the forum is only a very small proportion of the number of people voting (even with people using multiple IDs to vote several times). I suspect most of the people voting will not be reading any of the chatter on "social media" about various conspiracy theories.

Can people report the following post as it contains a spoiler & the poster is now offline.

I don't think it is sad that people voting don't consult Twitter, Farcebook etc. Some put far too much significance in someone having millions of "followers" or "likes" and of course the figures can be inflated by obsessive fans.

I thought that usually the public have chosen who they want to win way before now. Like how everyone was saying that Jay won it in week 3.

This year feels much more open than last year. Outside DS Louise is very popular, so who knows?

The other thing you have to remember is this board is quite anti-Clifton etc. so some of us who do like her rarely post here and leave you to it.

Really hard to call who will get through now for anyone barring Danny. Think he is a dead cert to go through, either by himself or by being saved by the judges.

Louise has never been in the B2 so you'd think next week it would be Claudia v Ore. But I think Louise's public vote has never really been tested by virtue of always being so high on the leaderboard. Would be interesting to see if she dropped down a few places what her public vote would be.

TBH Claudia and Ore will probably end up bottom of the leaderboard anyway so it really comes down to public vote. I think Claudia is probably getting more votes but think they would save Ore over her.

I agree with you there. He drew the short straw in both the music and dance choice this week and was always going to be up against it.
Louise's dance was very entertaining but you couldn't really call it a quickstep. There was hardly any actual quickstep content in there.”

Remember the days when Len used to get so het up about people not putting enough of the actual dance into routines that he dished out a 6 for Kara and Artem's AS?

How come there were no negative commenta about Louise and she only got 1 ten

Whereas Danny gets told by 3 judges that his feet were wrong and yet gets 2 tens.

I think we already know who the winner is going to be.

Louise?

Maybe. One thing that am sure of is that Danny won't win, even though he really deserves to.

The lack of critique of Louise & Kevin is becoming irritating even if their position on the score board is pretty fair.

Len even caused votegate with the marking of Rachel's AS

Totally expected result re Robert aka judge being sent home. His opponent could have danced with two legs tied together and an arm behind their backs and the judges would have voted for them.....
It's being built up as sister v brother final with a ringer in betweenzzzzzzx.

Ahhhhh- the good old days when Len was arsed enough to muster up some faux outrage from somewhere, as opposed to now where he prefers the 'Don't boo me- I'm still going to give it a 9' option.

Danny and Louise could both easily have been at the bottom of the public vote for weeks and still escape the dance-off. We know very little about their popularity.

Sometimes we have our own mole in the Green Room where they're allowed to keep their phones, which may mean we get the info before you because of audience members having to queue to get their phones back or wait till they get back to their car/hotel..

But share and share alike, as far as I'm concerned!

”

She danced well and there wasn't a lot to criticise but it was difficult to award it a 10 as a quickstep as there wasn't a lot if actual quickstep content.
In previous series it would have been marked much lower due to lack of quickstep content. It was more like a show dance than a quickstep.
Ironically Craig marked Greg's rumba very low due to lack of rumba content but lack of quickstep content wasn't an issue in Louise's dance.

Whilst it is mathematically possible for Danny to have been bottom of the public vote yesterday it is not possible for Louise (barring an extremely unlikely public vote tie with Ore for bottom).

If you look at everyone remaining, Louise actually has the fewest weeks where she could possibly have been bottom of the vote, with five. Claudia has six, and Danny and Ore both have eight.
