The only remaining one left with work commitments is Rob Finder ! He has Sid all the others with commitments during the show were voted out early on!
Ore isn't working wile on programme and Claudia does have dance training but just individual never with a partner or troupe! She has to for her floor routines ! Rob spends two days a week recording and can't release tulle after 9 pm on those days which he does till 1 or 2 in the morning ! Despite leaving at 5 am for London! There were others but as he says they don't stand a chance with those who can rehearse all day and night if necessary ! Danny dropped out of his tour to do this leaving and understudy to take his place saw him at leicester Haymarket few weeks before strictly ! Actually Claudia is in full time Gymnastics training, started about 4 weeks ago. Ore is working daily, he has several projects going. He was also on the Judging Panel for SPOTY cpl of weeks back which lasted over a 3 day period. Not only did they have to make a short list for SPOTY but also had chosen the Team of the Year, Overseas Sports Personality of the Year & other categories.

Claudia isn't training yet. What are people talking about ? She will be training for her competitions AFTER strictly. She specifically took time off to do strictly so like Danny and Louise (?) , she doesn't have a " day job " currently.

I thought Claudia said in a ITT interview that she was back in training.

Perhaps along with dancing she is working on her overall fitness ready for the hard graft of full time training. I doubt anyone would manage the gruelling hours of training top gymnasts have, along with putting in enough hours learning dance routines.

People get really hung up on the scores couples get. When all that matters is their position on the leader board. Ed last week, really was the worst of those remaining as shown by his position at the bottom of the leader-board.
The public vote alone decides the winners, no matter who the judges favour. is this your first win or won it a few times??. I think the judges are overmarking this series, because they don't want to criticise some celebs, they gloss over their mistakes and just only talk about how fabulous they are. They purposely started on 36 for Ore and that way Danny's Tango, best dance of the night did deserve 10s. Leaderboard was almost correct ( I would have placed Claudia higher than Louise) and ultimately that's all that matters, but I don't know how could Craig and Len justify their 9s. I think Robert's Samba was poor for week 11, then again he should have danced a ballroom this week. |

But there may be some evidence in social media likes and shares, youtube views and the popularity polling from Yougov which have usually had Danny and Louise in first and second place. It seems they are the two most popular dancers with the public as well as the Strictly judges.
I very much doubt either will be in the final Dance Off - I just can't see how it can be anyone other than Ore and Claudia. This would be a pity IMO as Claudia and Ore, as the two remaining non-professionally trained stage school dancers who have learnt to dance through the series, should both be in the final. But for sure the jooodges will conspire next week to put danny and louise at the top, and then hope that Claudia is in the dance off with Ore...so they can then put HIM through!! |

BIB...I presume you are discounting Ed Balls because he is out? Have a look at HIS you tube views!

The big question next week is what they do with Ore. If they want him into the final, then I think he needs to be top of the leaderboard to avoid being in the dance-off, and he almost certainly wouldn't win a dance-off against Danny or Louise. However, sticking Ore at the top to try and get him straight into the final would seriously risk a Danny v Louise dance-off.
Alternatively, they could decide he's not worth the bother and throw him under a bus. |
Yeah I've seen the Daily Mail piece. Never thought I'd say this but it's the most balanced of the 5 I've seen. Plus they're the only ones who approached me for comment and included my comment in full as I said it
