I know it's going to happen at some point but it's so weird he's constantly in the Vic and the caff yet he's somehow managed to miss Martin so far??

It is odd that he is spending time with Characters not even in the show when he was. Patrick is the only one he knew before I think and everyone else is just random.

A question which needs answering, bewildering that he's been in quite a few episodes yet that moment has not yet arrived

Well lets face it, Martin does look a lot different from the last time he saw him

All his storylines/scenes have resolved around the pantomime. That's why he hasn't seen Martin yet!

I was thinking that the actor who plays Martin may be on holiday as Stacey and bex have featured but not him

Especially as his first scene on his return was knocking at Pauline's old house like he was looking for Martin but since then no scenes together

Maybe they need to contrive a scene just to keep some of the users of this forum happy.

If you remember his first scene back was showing him at the back gate of the Beales. Didn't he speak to Kathy, and he mentioned Martin

Maybe Derek will have the sudden urge to munch on some plums so will visit Martin on the stall to get his mouth around his.

That'd be a nice touch if that's what's going to happen. It really doesn't seem like 10 years though!
