Take a look at this:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...m-Shelley.html

If they get rid of all the women and keep the men - that's inequality.
If they get rid of all the dark skinned contestants and keep the white - that's in equality.

Yet, if they get rid of all the men and keep the women - that's 'Girl Power'.

What a pathetic age we live in.

OR

The women have performed better than the men this series. Simple as that

You should watch the first couple of series. The women drop like flies in the early weeks, and series 8 they're not up to much either

There's no agenda at all

Jim Shelley is looking for an angle that simply isn't there.

It's pure coincidence that it has panned out that way.

Courtney is probably the weakest of the remaining candidates & if he does go, it will leave all female final line-up; will Jim Shelley internally combust then?

Not much of a female line-up: dizzy Jessica and blubbing Frances for a start (Frances out this week). Alana makes cakes (no interest to Al). I think it will be Trishna as, while she lacks flair, her rec con chimp business will fit well with Ricky Martin's.

Reconditioned chimps?

I'm guessing chips, but I might be wrong.

Grainne and Trishna have been good candidates in my opinion, that's my predicted finalists

Jessica's done good things, but I find her character quite annoying

Courtney is by far the weakest of the remaining candidates, yet ironically, he has the best track record. if he's on the losing team, he'll have to go, but somehow i doubt that we'll have an all female final five. as much as i want it to happen, i feel like Courtney may remain as the token male.

but an all female final five would indeed, be awesome

On the contrary, i think it will happen because it's never happened

Only because others have done the work and won the tasks and that is why I have issues with the process.

Didn't the men do much better in the early weeks, when the teams were split by gender? I thought the women were appalling to start with, and I haven't changed my opinion much. Most of them are as thick as two short planks.

It seems a bit contrived to fire two of the three remaining male contestants in this task. They didn't f. up horrendously. A double firing seemed unwarranted ,and Grainie (I don't know how you spell that name) didn't contribute at all.

So I don't really know what the motivation was. But now we'll have a cat fight in the board room, that's for sure. Cortney can just sit back and watch them self-destruct.

There are only 5 at the interview stage- so two had to go either last week, or in the episode coming up on Thursday.

Sofianne and Dillon had been innefective for weeks, so it was fair enough- as in if he hadn't done it then this Thursday he would have had to lose two, one of which he might have not wanted to fire (depending on who ends up in boardroom in 2 days time)

Also it will mean 3 a side at a crucial stage. Otherwise 4 v 3 would have been a handicap.

I feel like we've already been there done that when it comes to the hype of females prevailing over men. Series 5 with an all-female final 4 and series 9 with an all-female final 3. There was still the odd man kicking about but they were dispatched first and then the Sugar Plum Fairy took some time to ponder his next decision, just to emphasize that 'yey women rule!'

It does get annoying though when people react with horror just because there's suddenly a lack of diversity, treating it like the human race has just gone back 50 years. It's like 'Ugh please, this is just one series of some silly reality show that features random eliminations, the numbers are going to be disproportionately represented at some point'.
