You don't like Christmas. We get it. There is no need to repeat it on nearly every thread on the subject.”
People repeat that they like Christmas on every thread on the subject, so what is the difference?
oh yeah, i forgot, we have to follow the crowd, if we do not like Christmas, we are classed as mean or bah humbugs or something of that nature. i should be out there, spending money on stuff that most people do not want and getting into debt, buying useless Christmas cards that are dumped a few days after, buy a load of food, that most will no doubt end up in the bin and do not forget the booze.
While again the above is said tongue in cheek, you have to admit a lot of it is true.
That is what Christmas seems to be all about and have been for years and if people do not have all that they think they have a bad christmas.
I am not saying don't enjoy Christmas if that is what you want, but why do people spend so much money on it and a lot of these people are in debt for the rest of the year. My Mum loved Christmas and when she was alive I made sure i was there with her to celebrate because she like the family getting together and I used to like that as well. If I was not going to my brothers for Dinner this year, which I will end up doing, I would be going to visit my Dad.
As long as my Dad have somewhere to go, that is all I care about, so he is not alone on Christmas day.
