Definitely wrong on Natalie's part and very much not on, but I also think whatever saddo with a camera stalked her and took pictures of this needs to get a life!
I also don't like the culture of "shaming" those who aren't obviously disabled for parking in disabled spaces. People can have hidden disabilities, or it could be a relative picking up a disabled family member. Just because the person getting out of the car doesn't have a very obvious disability, it doesn't mean they're not entitled to be there.
Seemingly not applicable to Natalie in this case, but food for thought. It can be really hurtful to the people who are accosted by supposed "do gooders" for parking in disabled bats.
