1. Loved both pro routines, especially WSS.
2. That QS was too showdancey, too line-dancey, too slow, too...Kevin.
3. We hit peak overmarking this week. Far too many 10s for obviously flawed dances.
4. Rinder's body and face were moving to two completely different songs. And I'm not sure either of them were Oh What A Night.
5. Last year teapots, this year triffids. ENOUGH with the obscuring pointless backing dancers!

3 Redeemed only by a lively-ish dance from Claudia and AJ. And even that wasn't great. 32 standard.
4 The overmarking is absurd now. Laughable.
5 Even by Tess and Claudia's usual standards their outfits were bloody awful.

2. Louise was great in Quickstep, just missed out on body contact.
3. Darcey. Criticising Claudia for Character but not looking at Danny's feet.
4. Ore is a good dancer, was let down by music and theme
5. I LOVED the Pro dances and AJ and Neil looked great in leather.

1/ Really enjoyed the show. Especially the closing pro routine. Oh, and Craig and Anton dancing in hold at the beginning was also a highlight

2/ Loved Louise and Claudia.

3/ Judge Rinder to go for me, although I thought his samba was a decent effort.

4/ More over-scoring.

5/ Darcy seems to have latched onto the "performance/chemistry" line with Claudia and appears determined to bash her & AJ over the head with it for the remainder of their stay on Strictly.

2. Louise deserved more than one 10 for her Quickstep, her technique and performance were outstanding.
3. As did Claudia, at least Bruno scored her correctly.
4. Loved the whimsical feel of Ore & Jo's Foxtrot.

Probably Rob's swan song and I thought he did a good job. Oksana looked beautiful.

Loved Brendan and Anton singing! Is this an omen that they are leaving? I have a love-hate relationship with both but will miss them,if they go.

Thought Danny and Louise had nonsense routines. Didn't like either.

Quite liked Ore's routine. There was a sense of mystery. Loved the singer, was it Lance? Great vocals. Could have done without the extra dancers.

1. We've had better songs from musicals on other weeks. Baffling.
2. It emphasises that it's all becoming more and more musical theatre and less about the official dances. The pro dances now really make me feel all the pros are auditioning for musical theatre. And the celebs. And that's fine. But the show is losing touch with the proper dances, and that is a big loss, imo.
3. I thought Ore was the most boring to watch. Might be that I hate the sentimental song (there is nothing sentimental about the C&tCF book) and those ridiculous blooming godawful flowers.
4. Tens really meaning nothing now. Are they going to come up with an 11 paddle for the final?

2- I dont even know why I am bothering with this week's 5 thoughts thread ; Well i thought I should since its the quarters but meh
3-If Danny manages to pull off a win it will be mostly due to OTI imo. Not only is she a great choreographer IMO but their saving grace as a partnership is the fact that she is really likable. They are quite a few people still turn off by Danny's exprience but still supporting him mostly because of HER. A lot of people root for them as a team because of her.
4- Louise and Ore would be the ideal dance off but unfortunately the judge still might not be able to escape the B2 tonight .
5- I cant believe I am saying this but I am actually looking forward to this series being over .

2. Loved the WSS dance routine
3. Claudia and AJ 10 at last yay,
4. Not loving Claudia's dress

Big let down after last week.

1. Musicals week fell flat for me. All the couples were hampered by the theming.
2. Oti looked especially stunning tonight.
3. Ore's dance would have been so much better without all those backing dancers.
4. There were lots of lovely showdances this week.
5. I enjoyed the opening number. It was the most entertaining part of the show.

1. Songs overtook the dancing - too much trying to shoehorn a dance to an inappropriate tune.
2. Leaderboard about right, even if individual scores were a bit dodgy...
3. Some pros cannot bear to let their celebs shine
4. The judges need a wider range of scores

2) for the first time I didn't enjoy Danny and Oti

3) not enough quickstep in Louises routine yet the judges raved about it

4) thought the salsa was Claudias best routine to date

5) bored by Ore and Jo's foxtrot

1. I like Anton, but he can't sing.
2. I like waterlilies. When they are in ponds or paintings.
3. I like ballroom better than Latin. If it's not Ore dancing it.
4. I like Danny. At least he had the grace to look embarrassed to get 10s.

3. Danny not great tonight and I didn't like the routine at all, but the music/concept didn't suit a Tango at all so that's not entirely his or Oti's fault.

4. I absolutely loved Claudia tonight - love how she flows between the dancing and lifts - hope she can make the final.

5. Judge Rinder and Ore were, dare I say, a bit forgettable but I still like them both, especially the Judge - really hope he can stay but am not expecting him to!
