Does this mean she will be leaving Gogglebox? What a shame.

There's quite a few people on TV far less talented than Scarlett, who are doing very well financially.

I think she should take the best offers, and good luck to the girl.

I wonder if she will do a series called "Tales From The Hut" she has certainly had a lot of practise. I should add that she was not responsible for that as she does not edit the Show..

Let me guess: Loose Women and a slot on This Morning? I said a few weeks back, Loose Women would already have a dressing room with her name on it. Thankfully, I don't watch those programmes and have asked myself why I've watched IAC.

To be fair she is a legend in her own Living Room.

She could keep her Spades in that Hut and then she could do her own digging,. what a good idea for her first own TV Show" Gardening With Scarlett".

I don't dislike her but FGS what could she do other than the spin off show next year. They can add her to the awful lot that were there this year.

She might get offers to begin with but I cant see it being long term. At least she will make enough money to buy her parents a caravan which is what she seems to want to do, bless her.

She can join the other two talentless. Bimbo's
Stacy Solomon and Vickie Patterson who are both useless as presenters
Yet TV stations want them

Well the IAC voters gave that horrible creature Vicky a career with their votes last year. Looks like they'll be doing the same for Scarlett this year. I don't mind Scarlett, really; though I think her little girl lost thing is tiresome given her RTV background. But the viewers have and will fall for it in their droves. You get the TV presenters you ask for.

I'm hoping Adam will get offers and leave Emmerdale so I don't have to see him any more. On the other hand we might get to see him too much

I don't suppose she'll be on anything I'm ever likely to watch so it doesn't really bother me.

TBH I'd never heard of her before IAC so I'm pretty sure she'll fall off my radar within days of the final

Good for her, if the case. Can't imagine what type of tv career she'll have as not sure her Gogglebox persona will translate well to other formats...

But as said above, I doubt she'll be on anything I watch so good luck to her.

It's how reality tv and some magazines work. ' If you are a useless numpty, you too could be a star'. Scarlett - physically fitter than an Olympian and a professional dancer. More interesting and intelligent than Cambridge graduate in mechanical engineering and a pilot Carol. Funnier than everyone. Braver than everyone. Nicer than everyone.

Actually, all the qualities others have needn't be matched or surpassed. Cinderella will,go to the ball. Eliza Doolittle will, scrub up well and get a bit of chocolate. Just a simple young girl with a heart of gold. ( See Catherine Cookson novels).
They sell the dream, the illusion...and it works. Sadly.

Not a great way to encourage girls and young women to achieve anything. A few do, via tv reality shows but most of the population is left to dream, fork out for the magazines etc from what little income they have.

I don't hate, Scarlett or anyone like her but I'm sad for any youngsters who think that for most, easy money and fame is there for them. The programme goes out of its way to suggest that the best one can be is to be the least you can be.

TV Agent: "Scarlet, we've got an offer for you to do a gameshow on ITV2. Are you interested?"

Scarlett: "This man made me an offer for me to do a gameshow on ITV2 and asked me if I was interested"

TV Agent: "We think that it'd be good for you and good for us because we see you as a new talent"

Scarlett: "He said that they think it'd be good for me and good for them because they see me as a new talent"
