She cannot be making much if she cannot afford to pay a a seccie to type what she dictates. Mind you, she would probably have one via a "recruitment consultant" and you should see some of the ads they put out.

Dyslexia is no excuse in a business capacity. Her first priority should be to hire someone who can proofread the copy as part of their job. A simple spell check would auto-correct mistakes like 'feirce'. Sick of people using dyslexia as an excuse for sloppy English like hers.

Just typing up the text in a Word format would have erased the majority of errors so I wonder what she did instead? She calls herself Prodigal and all her customers are vixens, as if she has a fandom. Some of the clothes are quite expensive. If I bought I'd be worried about her getting the address on the package wrong.

She's in the fashion business but consistently spells 'adidas' with two d's! She`s recently launched 'in the style of' clothing lines with Love Island glamour models Katie Salmon and Jessica Hayes. These won't have cost much in terms of fabric, as all the clothes are backless, very low cut and sheer.

Presumably this will give them something to talk about in the interview round -- if she gets that far, although there can only be one or two tasks left.

Yep, but it's out there and, as somebody else has pointed out, her target market probably neither know nor care. She presumably is making a living from it at the moment but, yes, to gain investment to take it to a wider market she needs to be a bit more professional.
Maybe she wants the £250,000 to hire a proofreader ![]()

It is so bad and so easily fixed that I wonder if it is deliberate. Not that the misspelling is intentional but that no effort has been made to correct it because Jessica wants her dyslexia to be known, perhaps in small part because it has been reported that dyslexia is common amongst entrepreneurs.
See this Guardian report, for instance (and one of those names seems oddly familiar -- Lord Sugar): https://www.theguardian.com/small-bu...siness-leaders It's wrong that the media is pushing these unproven claims about dyslexia being an advantage. It's a disability, and such stories minimise this fact. While there are many people with very mild dyslexia who can live a normal life, there are many others who are unable to read and need help in everyday life. It's ridiculous for the media to entertain the idea that difficulty (or inability) reading is somehow a benefit, using stereotypes about mythical special skills as proof. |

I can't quite work out whether she couldn't be arsed paying a proper photographer or that the 'readers wives' type iphone selfie style shots are an ironic statement against model shoots...?

Given that she knows her site will be getting a lot of extra traffic thanks to the Apprentice, it's a poor show that she hasn't got her act together a bit more.
I don't buy dyslexia as an excuse. If you know you have difficulties in certain areas, you find ways round that, e.g. by enlisting the support of someone who you know is strong in those areas. Even simply using a spellcheck would help. |

If you want to get on the Apprentice you've got to give them something to discover in the interviews episode.

Does anyone know if she designs and manufactures these herself or does she just buy in wholesale? |

There seems to be a real mix of styles on there, I wondered if a couple of the shoots had come from different suppliers. Or maybe some of the lines have been on there longer and then there was another shoot when new styles were added with the most recent additions being modelled by Jessica herself (she really shouldn't, she's a stunning looking girl but not very photogenic.)
Does anyone know if she designs and manufactures these herself or does she just buy in wholesale? As for BIB: maybe they're using some "selfies" sent in

She has a more expensive line called Prodigal and in the descriptions of the clothes she writes about where the fabric came from and makes clear stock is limited, saying only five have been made. Sizes are limited to 6-14 and a great many of the items seem aimed at wannabe glamour models. The average woman just isn't interested in going out in a dress slit from the waist downwards or in one that's backless and sheer from waist to knee, or with a neckline that ends just above your belly button.

Anyone else noticed that the slappers, sorry, zelebs have signed up in August/Sept, once they knew she was on the show? |

Ah yes perfect loungewear, wear stuff like that all the time...Even if we totally ignore the whole spelling thing, did she really not have anyone to model the *actual* clothes she ships (manufactures?), there's no way of telling how the actual clothes she sells are like because all the photos are either of celebrities, herself or just random women taking off Google. |

She can't even get fashion specific words right and spells 'ruched' as 'rouched' in every description. Weird that zelebs like the Love Island crew trust her to market their lines but neither they (nor, more to the point, their managers) seem to notice the mistakes she makes.
