The UN does surveys. The Muslim nations do not come top, despite their shame culture and despite their laws. That is not to say some Muslim countries are not abhorrent for example Iran has state sanctioned forced marriages of children often of orphans, Saudi Arabia is infamous for prosecuting rape victims, etc.

But for prevalence of rape countries like Papua New Guinea, Lesotho look far worse, as do Carribean nations, etc.

The immigration issue is massive and has been badly mishandled , but not every immigrant is a rapist or murderer and whilst I find Angela Merkel to be a woman out of her depth in reality and who has made huge errors on the migrant situation I would not lay the rape and murder of someone at her door .
